Full Image NEW ORLEANS (AP) - President Bush said Monday Congress should examine whether the United States is prepared to handle another disaster in the wake of a government response to Hurricane Katrina. "All of us want to learn lessons," Bush said as he got his first exposure to the on-the-ground leadership of his new hurricane relief chief. The federal response to the disaster has been roundly criticized as sluggish and inept.
