Just finished reading this book.. it wasn't too bad, but a few things really stood out for me:
The television special with F Lee Bailey in which he interviewed Allan Klien and Peter Asher about the PID theory, and the fact that there is no copy of this show, the master tapes have dissapeared.
Regarding the Volkswagon on the Abbey Rd Cover.. Louis Yager went through automobile registration records and tracked down the owner, who simply "declined to comment"

Back in New York on WABC-AM, Robey Younge was still searching for the answers to the Paul is Dead rumour. Younge stated in the Beatle Brunch interview, "that we went as far as taking accurate photographs and measured the bridge of the nose, the "previous" McCartney and the "second" McCartney. And it was quite different. One nose was longer than the other. We had experts on. We had Dr Henry Truby from the University of Miami who specialised in voiceprints. He was the man who used to record baby's cries at birth and twenty years later be able to pick out the individual babies just by their voiceprints. And Dr Truby told me on tape on Television, Rick Shaw and I made a little documentary on it and Truby appeared and said "It's definately not the same person. All my research shows it can't be the same person". Then we called Dr Truby to come back and do retakes. He shut up. He clammed up and said "no. I can't say anything more about this.'
We went to show the tape on the ABC TV Network, we were in New York, in the screening room, just about to get it on that night when a call came from upstairs. "Cancel it! Don't Show It. Don't fool around with it" Then we let it out to WPIX in NY were they showed it to an attorney F Lee Bailey and he made a copy of it, and he did a pretty good show on it.. where he interveiwed Allan Klien adn Peter Asher (spoke about this before), Well a friend of mine, Jay Marks, was a broadcaster and a write for the Village Voice. He wrote a book called Rock and Other Four Letter Words. After i had done this thing about McCartney, Jay said to me, standing on a street corner in New York, "I got to tell you Robey. A funny thing, I was at a cocktail party for Paul and Jane, and I noticed that Paul was not paying any attention to her, but was being rather cosy with Linda Eastman, the photographer girl". I asked, "What is this?" And i was told "Don't you know? Thats not the boy she fell in love with. That's his replacement. It's all very hush hush you know"
the end you've probably heard all this before.. but i am on a mission to try and conact Jay Marks. wish me luck
