Hello! Not really clue worthy, just observational speculations........... youtube.com/watch?v=WyyEc-GNDfQWatch this demo video of Faul making mashed potatoes w/o sound and just observe his left and right arm and hand movements as he is cooking. What I see are inconsistencies with left and right hand strength and perhaps a forced effort to favor the left hand to appear left handed. The first word he says is "right" as he rubs his hands together harder onto his right hand and repeats this again a few seconds later when he says right for the third time after he has passed the knife to his right hand, then quickly passes it back. He says "right" a fourth time @3:57 and again claps into his right hand. He then places the oven mitt onto his right hand, starts to remove it, appears a little flustered, says "right'' for the fifth time and moves on. As he drains the pot into the sink, he uses his right hand to lift and control, which IMO which would be dangerous and clumsy for a left-handed home cook to maneuver, an unnatural movement. When he mashes the potatoes, he takes control of the movement with his right hand also. He pours the milk from a small pitcher with his right hand (2X). The sixth time he says "right" proceeds doing a task left handed. @7:39 he picks up the whisk, but briefly touches it w/ his right hand as he does so. But the potatoes came out pretty good!

Wow, I have seriously watched that video so many times before (for amusement purposes, it's hilarious, isn't it?) and NEVER noticed all that, but, in watching it again, I can't imagine how I missed it. Thanks for bringing this up, and welcome!
