...notice the roulette chip, yellow with the delta symbol w/in a circle, the wall paper design, and her black and white check skirt. Brill walks in last with a masonic hand signal, one hand concealed in his coat, just like this:

ENTER John Ono Lennon into this Disney movie, Blackbeard's Ghost, at 5:50: www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mZTGXZxosg&mode=related&search=Charlie Brill is "Edward" the syndicate goon in Blackbeards's Ghost, starring Peter Ustinov and Suzanne Pleshette. Release Date February 8, 1968. It would have been shot in 1967. Hmmm "Beatle Ed"? (See the Imagine documentary eating scene). Suzanne Pleshette eerily resembles in appearance and voice the pre-replacement, real Courteney Cox.

From a Silk Stalkings fan's website; he visited the set of the show (Charlie Brill and Mitzi McCall co-starred):
5:30 PM
Charlie Brill and Mitzi McCall came down to the hotel lobby, and we headed for the wrap party at Johnny M’s. Throughout the ride, Charlie and Mitzi were "on." It was as though Harry and Frannie were the ones driving me to the party! At one point Mitzi even asked me if they were any different from their characters—I said that there’s no acting involved with their characters. Then Charlie began to act as though he was Captain Lipschitz. Meanwhile Mitzi tried to convince him that that is just a character he plays on TV.
After this routine, Charlie and Mitzi started singing together. Then Charlie moved on, to impersonations and funny voices. Overall, the car ride was quite amusing—it was as though Charlie and Mitzi were putting on a show for me!
Overall, the party was like what any other Hollywood shindig must be like—people drinking, and schmoozing with one another. While I was there I met some of the people who were interviewed in past issues of The Stalker—such as Fred Ives and Jack Vecchio. The highlight of the evening was when Chris Potter got up on stage and sang a medley of Mustang Sally and Low Rider. He played the harmonica, sang, and even threw money at the crowd—which he warned no one to touch. After the song was over, everyone clapped and cheered. Soon after, Chris left the party.
On his way out, Chris said "Thanks Kyle for all the work you guys have done."—this is the first time Chris called me "Kyle" the entire weekend! (He had been purposely referring to me as "Lyle") ........
After the party, Jack Vecchio, Vivian (from wardrobe), Kim (the assistant production coordinator) and Eddie took me out to see some of the more interesting places in San Diego’s gaslight district.

Can this thread be killed? That would be a BRILL-iant thing.
Star Trek or Start Wreck?
You see, the whole show "Knotts Landing" is a metaphor for Don Knotts "landing" in Brian's role.
"Dynasty" is about The Beatles too. They owned the sixties; and Lennon did die nasty. (Except that wasn't Lennon it was Chuck, after which Vera and Dave subsequently went to the Bahamas to live with the Pinkertons.)
After the magical mystery trek was over, Sgt. Shatner became T. J. Hookah, named of course after the hookah on the cover of Sgt. Pepper (#82). T. J. Hookah was in turn the bastard child of H. R. Puffinstuff, and we all know what kinf of stuff he and Old King Cole were puffing in that bowl. (Them and that Jackie Paper kid, aka Magic Dragon, who was dealing it to them.)
After Peter and Paul fired Mary, they started selling Almond Joy and Mounds. The Almond Joy got nuts, so they castrated it.
And a highly rated cast it was!
