Go to : www.c64.com/index.php and put "Broad" (no quotes) into the search box. There are a few screen shots. Also it's mentioned here: www.rarebeatles.com/photopg6/broa.htmI got thinking about this because the Doc found this ages ago, and I downloaded the game, but just ran across it again in my files. From the above link: Inside is the disc, booklet and another small booklet with "clues and answersSounds intrguing, hmm.. I downloaded a better C64 emulator, but figuring out how this stupid thing works was really ticking me off. You drive this little car down some streets and to places with English sounding names, but the car keeps getting stuck and won't turn around, very frustrating. It would be interesting to see what the game has to offer in the way of images that may be a tip off, if any. Hey Doc, remember the funny thing about this was that it was designed by "Adrian Sheppard"? I can't seem to find that piece of info now tho, hmm

Yes, I chased thru the links and the mention of his name has vanished from the sight. But, you recall seeing it, don't you?
Am I nuts? It WAS there, right?
"ABNER! ABNER! Come quick to the window! I just saw Mrs. Stevens fly into the air on a broomstick! Abner? ABNER!!!"
Ah, yes, the internet. Not exactly as organized and reliable as the public library, though. The city library is so easy to locate things using the Dewey Decimal System. Searching the web is like using the Doodoo Decimal System.

Oh yes it was there..once.. I say the internet is being at the right place at the right time, and maybe you get lucky. The order seems to be: The original site has the info, then only the Google cache, and then finally just vapors..

Sometimes Archive.org can be useful in finding deleted text from websites, but I can't find anything in that site's history of Adrian Sheppard.
By the way, I wonder if Gladys Kravitz ever tried to convince people that Darrin Stevens was replaced. She'd probably be the founding member of the DWR (Darrin Was Replaced) societies. That is, before she was replaced herself. She simply knew too much.

Perhaps, one day, racing for information on the net before it dissapears will replace "Jeopardy" as most popular television game show. They'll call it "Web of Fortune!" with a Virtual Vanna White. A Todd Goodman/Aaron Spelling production. ...Google ga-joob......... Me so funny.

Let's see, Darrin's father was replaced, although he came back for one or two episodes later I think. Larry's wife Louise, replaced. Aunt Clara's character as the dingy relative was replaced by Esmerelda. And last but not least, Samantha had an evil twin cousin who would replace her at times! I suspect Larry was behind it all, he always stayed the same, hmmm..

Hah, I've been to that Sheppard geneology site so many times in my fruitless internet searches for Bill's past.
If there's an actual drummer with that name, then that pretty much shoots the theory down that Adrian was just Bill's middle name ("I WAS"). Not sure if there's a relation, but there's a connection to Faul to be sure (after all, why would he be the drummer on Wanderlust?)
