Oh really? The fact in pursuing EVERY lead, even if someone else's opinion differs, is a hallmark of a through investigation. Unless of course you have some basis for following one path only, like PRW, or PID, or PI Jail, or P was abducted by aliens, whatever...........then perhaps you could recap your theory and basis of evidence of support? In the mean time, I'll keep on the fringe unraveling this story. Mr Moorcock"s connection is more than surface level, but I can't force you to look deeper than you want to. What I see is a man undercover, hiding behind beards and bow ties, cowboy hats and written word. A man with a passion for avant guard metaphysical music and technology. A man with a strikingly familiar voice and face, considering IF said familiar man went off into hiding for some reason and wanted to adopt a new persona...........Plastic Paul, I may be right and I may be wrong, but I can't assume one or the other, even at this point. I know, you're right, i'll stay out of it now. Whilst I prepare my "Is JPM Michael Moore" thread (Just happens to be my old mans name too)

from merrseyside to Apple Corps we continue........ "Michael Moorcock, for example: you sit down and you say, "Hi, Mike," and two hours later he finishes whatever discussion ensued from that. If you interview him, you don't even really need questions. He'll just go on in a monologue and discuss anything that comes to mind, which is fantastic, from that kind of standpoint of discovering things that wouldn't have happened before. I interviewed him, I believe, two days after George Harrison died, and Michael Moorcock had worked for Apple company, Apple Corp, for a number of years way back when in the post-Beatle era, or maybe even during the Beatle era, and he met and had known all the Beatles. He had some interesting insights on George Harrison talking about British guitarists and rock and roll, which segued into his Hawkwind work and all the other such. Of course, by the time the interview was ready to be published, it came out that George Harrison's death was ancient history, essentially, so the context was lost for that. I hope that, if there's enough interest in Voices of Vision, we'll someday be able to do Voices of Vision II: More Voices, More Vision, whatever, a follow-up volume and include the Michael Moorcock interview with that, along with a lot of the material that was cut from that, including his discussions on George Harrison, which are entertaining. Not terribly profound, but interesting from a reader's standpoint." www.sfsite.com/03b/jba220.htm

Excuse my ignorance but I honestly don't see what you're getting at...
Unless you are simply pointing out the difference between various Pauls. Although that again seems incredulous!

Keeping an open mind to all possibilities for now.
I have a faint memory of the name "William H. Moore" being floated around, probably as a "Faul real name". Any old timers remember that, can't find it here or at TKIN.

If it's being insinuated that MM is Paul, these photos point away from that. His coloring is all wrong, his forehead is too large, his nose has a different shape. This is all for starters. There are probably alot more differences if I had the time ( & patience ) to look for them. I honestly don't see it.
