Hi everyone, it's my first post. Usually I'd just keep quiet and read the posts but I've noticed a few things that I think might be "clues" and would like some more information on them. Thanks
We all know how at the end of "Strawberry Fields Forever" there's John supposedly saying "I buried Paul/Cranberry Sauce", but a little before that (around 3:26-3:28) I hear some very faint talking in the backround, but I can't quite make it out. Now I'm not sure if anyone else has found this (someone by now surely has noticed this) but I wasn't able to find much of anything about it. It kinda sounds like "Hurry, (then something that sounds like "get me out"), wannadoo, and it continues into the last part of the song up until the "Cranberry Sauce". So if anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. I've really tried to make out what was being said but it was murder on my eardrums (since i had to turn the volume all the way up on my computer and press my ear to the speaker).
Also, about "Revolution 9" I seem to be hearing something that I haven't seen mentioned on any of the "Paul is Dead" websites. They all mention the supposed backwards car crash but i'm hearing something a bit more obvious towards the end of the song. At around 7:26 I hear quite plainly Yoko (at least I believe it's her, I'm actually pretty new to the Beatles, especially the entire PID thing which precedes my birth by about a good 14 years) saying "Paul.. Paul is Dead". She says this in between the lines "It's quick like rush for peace is because it's so much Like being naked" and "If, you became naked". I've looked at a number of sites and they all seem to fail to mention this, which means either I'm hearing things or this is already pretty much common knowledge and i'm making a bit of a fool out of myself and should just move to a hill.
Anyway, thanks for reading my post and I'd really appreciate some help.

Actually, I can't remember any discussion on the buried conversation on Strawberry Fields. I'll have to check that out..... & maybe one of us could post a snippet of it later.
As far as Rev9 goes, the stuff in there is endless. I don't recall the "Paul is dead" phrase spoken by yoko, I may have missed that, but I will say that there are even more really creepy going on & things being said if you play Rev9 backwards. Amazin'! If you don't have the software to reverse Rev9, I could post it for download. It's much better & much creepier backwards. How they got "number nine" to sound like "turn me on dead man" when played backwards is a mystery to me.

How they got "number nine" to sound like "turn me on dead man" when played backwards is a mystery to me. It was unintentional imo. Just like the 1 one IX ^ HE DIE on the Sgt. Pepper drumskin. Most of the backwards messages were unintentional imo. Except for the one that was already backwards at the end of I'm So Tired, "Paul is dead now, miss him miss him" most of the rest were unintentional. See www.reversespeech.com. ;D

Ah, well thanks for the information. I actually have d/led a few programs that allow me to hear songs backwards, and yeah Rev 9 is totally amazing, especiall with regards with the "turn me on dead man", the backwards piano playing, and of course the car crash and paul supposedly shouting "get me out". The cool thing about rev9 imo is how it tries to communicate to the listener in such an unconventional way on so many levels (as in playing backwards/forwards and the many layers of "sound")

That talking before the ending where it says "cranberry sauce", which btw, I think it really does say, is from the death scene from "King Lear". The story goes that they had the radio on the BBC, and they recorded it to add to the mix. You'll note you will hear "oh untimely death" for example. Of course it means nothing, as the story is always concluded. If you listen to the Anthology cd, SFF ends with Mal (?) saying "cranberry sauce" almost in an in your face manner, so as to say: "see, it really says cranberry sauce!" Well, whatever, the original was fuzzy and ambiguous, whether by design, i don't know. As for Revolution 9 backwards, the best thing is to have a listen, so go ahead: www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/Rev9backwards.mp3 (10MB) Yes, when i was a kid, I attempted to run the record backwards, LOL. Great way to screw up the needle.. I still can't get over how easy it is to do this using software, wow! Oh and for a history of clues and how it was "handled" back at the time, listen to the "paul is dead, miss him..." cd set here: www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/PID_MissHim/It's a lot, but it will really bring you up to speed on a lot of things.

thanks for the links regarding Rev 9, but I'm not sure if what i'm hearing is the King Lear transcript. I know it's played at the end of "I am the Walrus" (where you clearly hear "Oh Untimely Death!") but as for it also being in SBFF is news to me. Also the quiet "talking" i am hearing sounds more like it's coming from John, but I'll give the song another listen then..

Sometimes it gets hard to tell who's pro/con/neutral around here... LOL

Sometimes it gets hard to tell who's pro/con/neutral around here... LOL Pro, but try real hard to keep it fair. For example, I'm not real sure about the "cranberry sauce" being anything other than that, I know DH mentioned the business of speeding it up and it sounding more like "PID". But.. be wary of clues that are possibly misinformation, which are a means of channeling your attention elsewhere.

lol, yeah i know.. I personally believe that it's all a hoax and the beatles were just having fun with the fans. A lot of the clues are just too clear to be accidental, so they were just messing with our minds, which is actually kind of cool. I mean usually you buy a record, listen to it, like it, and that's it, but with the Beatles you buy the record, listen to it all day and night, then later you can go "clue hunting". Also i've heard that the PID thing is really just a symbol for Paul's kind of upbeat music being dead as the Beatles legacy wore on, or it was actually a symbol for a bad drug trip Paul went on (which explains the car crash), but anyway.. heh I went a tad off topic there, sorry. Anyway, thanks a lot everyone for the feedback.

Well for what it's worth, something from take 26 of SFF, left channel, this version has a more distinct stereo separation. From the "Strawberry Lane" boot, more versions of SFF and PL than you could possibly want. (unless you are here..) So, forwards and backwards, you know the drill.. Hard to make out, and you most likely will either hear nothing of interest or maybe what I'm thinking is maybe John doing his "miss him miss him" business again, (but not those words I should say) speaking backwards rather than reversing the tape, so as to throw off those who might want to edit it out. www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/SFFClip/SFFClipforwards.mp3www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/SFFClip/SFFClipbackwards.mp3
