Funny!
Hmmm, but he gets hit by the car while crossing "Fabby Road" - that parallel doesn't fit. Or does it?
Who was that figure in black with the sunglasses who was driving the car that ran "Paul" over supposed to be? It looked like either Michael Jackson or Yoko Ono - both prime suspects. Or maybe a composite of the two of them - which is not that difficult to imagine.

The Bombay Cottage, Indian Restaurant, London Road, Isleworth, West London. Right next to Hounslow College and FireStation! Lived near there a few years ago. FireStation...mmm, dangerous intersection there.
I guess it's a parody of the Beatles in India. But could mean something!

Yes, it fits. Notice that though she hits him with the vehicle, he's not killed, but wounded. He shows up in a wheelchair in the next scene, being pushed by a nurse. This is how he was also portrayed in the Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young video for the song "American Dream". (See PID related songs thread in the Clues section.) As Iamaphoney has said: "There is a nurse..."
Check out also the Roger Waters song asking Yoko why she did it. (OK, not quite, but close enough.)

5:01 AM The Pros And Cons Of Hitchhiking (Roger Waters) see it/hear it:uk.youtube.com/watch?v=9odujR9kqUEAn angel on a Harley Pulls across to greet a fellow rolling stonePuts his bike up on it's stand Leans back and then extends A scarred and greasy hand...he said He said, how ya doin bro? Where ya been? Where ya goin'? Then he takes your hand In some strange Californian handshake And breaks the bone [Whiny person:] "Have a nice day, hehe" ------- A housewife from Encino Whose husband's on the golf course With his book of rules Breaks and makes a 'U' and idles back To take a second look at you You flex your rod Fish takes the hook Sweet vodka and tobacco in her breath Another number in your little black book -------- These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking Oh babe, I must be dreaming I'm standing on the leading edge (See video) The Eastern seaboard spread before my eyes Jump, says Yoko Ono I'm too scared and too good looking, I cried Go on, she says Why don't you give it a try? Why prolong the agony all men must die Do you remember Dick Tracy? Do you remember Shane? [Child:] "And mother wants you." Could you see him selling tickets Where the buzzard circles over [Child:] "Shane." The body on the plain Did you understand the music Yoko Or was it all in vain? [Child:] "Shane..." The bitch said something mystical (Herro) So I stepped back on the kerb again These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking Oh babe, I must be dreaming again These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking ----------------There seems to be an "Easy Rider"/"Biker Like An Icon" aspect to Paul's disappearence that we haven't quite caught on to yet. The first verse hints of it, the second verse about being a hitch-hiker seems to show up in some Faul videos as well. Remember Iamaphoney's verse about someone offering water, being friendly... There's something here. As for the Yoko lyrics - he's on a cliff, or the wing of a plane, and she tells him to jump. Symbollic perhaps. Or literal, maybe. Notice that the watery explosions at the end of each verse is red (bloody). Roger Waters is telling you about Paul and Faul. Could you see him selling tickets where the buzzard circles over the body on the plain?
