I dont have it but if you want to laugh, hear at the end of Strawberry Fields in Anthology2 CD. That part might have been another Fauls joke guess ;D

Anyone have it? What is it? Do you mean a clip of that part at the end of Strawberry Fields, or something else?

At the end of Strawberry Fields Forever (Take 7 & Edit Piece) in Anthology 2, John says "cranberry sauce," although it sounds a little off.... more like "cra-buried saul."
Considering there are a few explanations for "I buried Paul" from the Beatles camp besides "cranberry sauce," something just seems weird about it.

On the Anthology version that Wings is refering to, it seems like they are making a huge point of emphasizing that it says "Cranberry Sauce", loud and clear. Two times. (so that we finally can put "I buried Paul" to bed or something)

Indulge me a little...........seems like I've heard "berry" in a British accent often said run together, almost as one syllable. Almost like: "b'Rih." And, we tend to say cranberry without a break, not "cran...................berry.........." Just thinking out loud. I would expect to hear John say: "Cran'-b-rih" as a two syllable word, spoken in close order. Not: "Crah....................ber---rih................etc."

Now that you're talking about Cranberry Sauce on Anthology 2 CD i really dont recognize Johns voice in that part, for me it sounds more like Fauls voice, well anyway they could fake anything on those CDs

I'd have to agree with you. (It's been a little quiet round here lately, so looks like we're resurrecting some old topics... hehe

(It's been a little quiet round here lately, so looks like we're resurrecting some old topics... hehe Hehe true, but there are some interesting topics that maybe should be brought up again. Of course the old posts are useful reading on their own, some are quite entertaining. M3 mentioned something along these lines, and all I can say is, a lot more people are reading this board than you might think, the jojoplace web logs show that. Of course I mave material scattered all over, but still there are far more unique visitors to NIR than the amount of regular posters.. NIR is part discussion, part resource.

Ya, I'm surprised at the number of unique daily visitors here .... I never woulda guessed it. Something's wrong & my ruddart stats have been down since tuesday, so I'm goin' thru some serious stats withdrawals. I'll get my webmaster lady to look into it tomorrow, maybe somebody tripped over the cord & accidently unplugged it!

I'm sure there are plenty of lurkers here. I was a lurker for the longest time at the 60IF board while I tried to absorb as much information I could on the subject. It's a fascinating topic, even for those who don't believe Paul was replaced or that the Beatles were at the very least trying to make us believe that.
