Sure, not letting this one get away. Looks like copies that someone marked for future cropping?
Great stuff, thanks Brotherdave.

I just love Lennon's "mutton chops"...sideburns....
I must say, those shots of "Bill" his face looks fuller....not as thin as some I've seen of him at that time. Must be the lighting.

He's still got that really odd (and maybe red!) nose from the MMT era I think they must be from end of '67 or the beginning of '68...

George actually appears to be in good spirits. I would guess 1968.

They certainly look more "up" than any of the Sgt. Pepper photo sessions

I just love Lennon's "mutton chops"...sideburns.... Agreed! I love scruffiness. He's such a cutie patootie here. These pictures are great, thanks for posting them! I found it interesting that, in the pictures in this thread, Faul pretty consistently seems to be leaning, seated (and slouching! straighten up, Faul!) or is positioned in the very back to distort everyone's view of the height differences, which is actually pretty evident in the photograph in the second row all the way on the right. Sometimes I want to ask my friend if he is related to Faul. They look so ridiculously similar. I notice this similarity especially in the pictures above.

I had seen an infomercial on TIME LIFE Flower Power Collection and there was a film clip of John Sebastion from Lovin' Spoonful, and he wore those sideburns....it must've been an acid induced look.

I hate the way John looked with the shaggy hair and huge sideburns. I guess I have weird taste for what's cute (it comes from being a guy, I suppose. ), but am I the only person who thinks Bill was a total cutie in the late 60's? Yeah, I know, someone will probably post a really bad picture of him in response....but Paul had his share of ugly photos as well! In deciding whether he was cute or not, it would be very unfair to compare his pictures to Paul's. But to me, just looking at Bill---especially the scruffy bearded Bill from '69---I can totally see why chicks thought he was so sexy back then. Um...I hope that didn't sound weird...it's not like I have a man-crush on Paul or anything. Heh.

He was beyond cute late 60's, I just watched his Let It Be music video with him sitting at the piano and singing to the camera, and WOW. I also thing he was so cute in the MMT movie. I don't know if it is the same Bill in the mid 70's Wings era because he seems to have drastically lost his looks (and voice) and morphed into someone not as good looking. I know he's old now and we all go down hill, but I don't see any resemblance to LSD Bill to Older Bill at all.

It'd be easy and a little bit fun to talk about your man crush, but I'm a lovely lady, so I'm not going to. ;D As for finding that John attractive, I have to say I have, well, odd taste in men. I go gaga over scruff and for some reason absolutely love sideburns, even lameass mutton chops. There is no dispute for me, though, when John was at his most adorable--during the first few years. His moptop and cocky smile are the most adorable things I have ever seen. About Bill--I LOVED him during the Let It Be sessions. He's got that smoldering look for the camera and I'm all, "Awww." And I like the way he interacts with Heather when at the piano. Except for a man who is cute with dogs, there's not much that's cuter than a guy who is adorable with his kids. And then he moves the microphone with his mouth and I tend to be like, "I wouldn't mind being that microphone." ...I make myself sound like I'm absolutely boycrazy. I'm not!

Everywhere I turn I see crushing on Faul going on! He was cute! Not anymore, although I love older men, I see Faul as a stingy rich deluded pitiful old man. And I can't crush on that type of person. But even in the 1970's & 80's I as a child knew there was something odd about him I saw the Ram cover and was turned off even as a child I knew rams where associated with baphamet. Sideburns *sigh* if you guys only knew what sideburns do to a gal! You'd ditch that Anton Levay 'stache and grow sideburns post haste! Extra points for black Elvis style sideburns with jet black hair. I don't think John, Ringo or George are attractive at all, other than the fact they are Beatles. Sometimes I play this game called if I had to choose. Does anyone else play this game? I'd take Faul over George or Ringo or John no offense to anybody. Wow. In that game, mindgames, I would take George hands down. He was a very sweet, & caring man.
