I've noticed that in most of the Pepper recording session photos, you'll rarely see Faul with the other three. Usually he's off in a corner somewhere.

He seemed to hang around GM a lot, based on many of the studio photos.

It looks to me like Bill has trouble holding his bass and playing it, he looks totally like a confused beginner being lectured by George Martin
"I play guitar, A - D - E. I don't play bass 'cause that's too hard for me. I play the piano if it's in C. And when I go to town, I wanna see all three. And when I go to town, I wanna see all three. And when I go to town, I wanna see all three"-Early 1970, Ringo

He seemed to hang around GM a lot, based on many of the studio photos. During these early months of Faul, it seemed like he mostly just stuck close to GM and Mal Evans. It makes me wonder if he had any relation to GM. Remember, in early 1970 he checked into a studio for the McCartney sessions under the name of Bill Martin.

I hadn't made that connection of the last names. All I could think of was the Billy Martin of baseball. ;D If they were related, that would support SK's assertion that this photo is not GM but pre-surgery Bill: I think it's a stretch, but I try to keep an open mind.

While it is beneficial to keep an open mind, SK's assertion that George Martin is somehow a pre-surgery Faul could be the most ridiculous claim ( out of many ) the 60IF forum has ever come up with. And lets not forget SK/BeatlePaul also says that Billy is the older looking guy on the back of the MMT bus, as well as the blonde haired singer in "deathcab for cutie." If given enough time I'm sure he could rationalize that "little Nicola" was Billy as well.

Heh heh, I was afraid that was going to be brought up.
But as far as the possibility Bill was a relative of George Martin, one would think it wouldn't be too hard to find that out.... much easier than just a random Bill Sheppard plucked from Canada's OPP or a struggling musician somewhere in England.
I don't want to derail this thread though, so I think I'll post that elsewhere.

What's the best place to hide secrets where Noone will find them? Or else, where it says: "please endorse below" on a Herman's Hermit's royalty check.

For those who didn't see it, I'm pretty sure that this is the photo that eggy had originally posted: This photo definitely tells a story. John is wearing two different colored shoes ! Another photo from that day:

Or else, where it says: "please endorse below" on a Herman's Hermit's royalty check. They replaced Peter Noone too? No. That's putting it where Noone will find it. I mean, you gotta endorse it before you deposit it, 'cha know? Cha-ching. He get that pen ready, and that deposit slip, and just as he go to slap his John Hancock onde line, he see, "Top Secret Clues--Beatles..." Noone would notice. Oh, sorry. I was making a little funny with Valis---Noone for "no one"...... My shameless punistry knows no bounds.

I knew that Why would they replace Peter Noone? After all, the raciest of his songs were "I'm Henry the 8th I Am". Are there PID undertones to that? NOT

Frankenstein again, along with the Mummy and Dracula, who throws down "The Fool" tarot card in a card game along with another I can't make out.

T.I., all I'm getting at that link is a picture of Frankenstein from Back off Bugaloo.
Jo, I see what you mean about those two videos. They're strange alright. BTW, the person on the cot in the "Wrack My Brain" video is Barbara Bach !
