It's not a surprise they flipped many of the pictures to show Bill as being left handed, when we all know he isn't. Just to give the image that he's JPM and a lefty. Notice his ears?

Well no, it's nothing as "smoking gun" as that, some pics are flipped so as to appear that he's playing right handed. There are no pics (anyplace, anywhere that I've seen) that catch him doing it the wrong way.
It's clear they are flipped, because John is beside him appearing to play left handed.

What about the film/video of Faul playing right-handed at Rishikesh? Is this flipped motion picture film?

Well if you match it up with the stills, it would appear the film was flipped, strange as that may seem. Doing so would probably not be any more challenging then running the video through a plugin in a computer video processing program.
Where one runs into a puzzle is the reason why.. Surely the editing of Anthology (where this video was presented) was done at a professional enough level such that they wouldn't do something so careless?

Sung by John Lennon and available on bootleg CDs, the melody was used in 1971 as "Jealous Guy."
Child Of Nature Lyrics
On the road to Rishikesh I was dreaming more or less, And the dream I had was true Yes, the dream I had was true
I'm just a child of nature I don't need much to set me free I'm just child of nature I'm one of nature's children
Sunlight shining in your eyes As I face the desert skies And my thoughts return to home Yes, my thoughts return to home
I'm just a child of nature I don't need much to set me free I'm just a child of nature I'm one nature's children
Underneath the mountain ranges Where the wind that never changes Touch the windows of my soul Touch the windows of my soul
I'm just a child of nature I don't need much to set me free I'm just a child of nature I'm one of nature's children

I thought about that --the melody sounds a little bit like the Faul song "Mother Nature's Son," as well as the lyrics.

What was in the air in Rishikesh? Didn't John use that melody in a solo effort years later? Or was there another song from that period that was used later?
