Geoff Emerick was on the Mark and Brian radio show this morning talking about the Beatles and his new book "Here, There and Everywhere: my life recording the music of the Beatles". i was wondering if anyone else heard this? thoughts? i was able to listen to a bit of it while driving this morning and i was curious if he let anything slip or contradicted himself or someone else.... ;D as, of course, he'd be one to know the truth of Faul

I believe it came out in 2006. I don't recall any PID/PWR bombshells, but he did have some nasty stuff to say about George's musicianship. It's a great book for people who've always wondered about stuff like how'd they get that bass sound on Paperback Writer. There's also some interesting stories about the recording of Band On the Run. You can probably get a used paperback copy for next to nothing at Amazon...
