Like the 'Song Association Game', here's another fun one to play.
Pick 2-4 bands that could go together on the same bill.
Example: Meatloaf / Phish / Bread / (and for dessert) Humble Pie

Ya what about Ubu/Mothers! What a show that coulda been. Capt.Beefheart would need to be on that bill also. The best concert night ever.
OK, back to this game... Sparks/Fiery Furnaces/The Fireman

Yes, quite a show! Figured Zappa and Ubu musically gel. Plus there's the Pere (father) and Mothers aspect.

Plus there's the Pere (father) and Mothers aspect. That part totally escaped me. Dave Myers & The Surftones/Butthole Surfers/The Wipeouters

of course the Band and the Association would put out - 'The Night They Drove Old Windy Down' or something like that.
(and is the rumor true - Pere and Frank were ghost writers for the Mamas and the Papas? ;D) (or the other way around (which one is the scarier thought?))
