Any chance y'all could send it towards the southwest? We need a downpour.... that lasts for weeks. We're all fixing to just turn to dust.

NY, New England, torrential downpours headed your way 2 " an hour (glub!) It's the Detroit rain moving in straight though the Heart of the Hurricane. HOW COOL IS THAT? Maybe eyesbleed can do a little rain dance and see what happens out there in the dust bowl. Do you know the rain dance, EB? IT's EASY! we got tons of rain here! lol www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKLxH9V2-QU

Well if getting out in the yard & doing the Vivident Mentos Gum rain dance would make it rain, I'd be out there right now. Maybe also leave my best tools outside? Wash the vehicles & leave the windows down? I think I need to go play a funeral durge for my dearly departed grass & weeds. I've lived here for 30yrs, but this is the first summer that I didn't need to use my lawnmower.

ROFL
Edit: There had been a post after eyesbleed's by me, which I deleted. It had been about how Mother Nature might be sending Texas a message about priorities: Water first, fracking second, rather than the other way around. Perhaps this has something to do with iameye's subsequent post. I am not sure.

Tropical storm Don should bring some rain into Texas soon, eyesbleed. donation early 15c., from O.Fr. donacion (13c.), from L. donationem (nom. donatio) "a presenting, giving," noun of action from pp. stem of donare "give as a gift," from donum "gift," from PIE *donum "gift" (cf. Skt. danam "offering, present," O.C.S. dani "tribute," Lith. duonis "gift," O.Ir. dan "gift, endowment, talent," Welsh dawn "gift"), from base *do- "to give" Roman convention of closing every article of correspondence by writing "given" and the day and month -- meaning perhaps "given to messenger" -- led to data becoming a term for "the time (and place) stated." DoNA Nobis Pacem When I was a child, I did childish things en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dona_Nobis_Pacem_(canon)So. what's your name , again? www.behindthename.com/name/donaldPhil & Don ?
