It looks as if they did a really good job cleaning it up, visually. The deleted scenes might reveal a new clue or two. And if I had two nickels to rub together, perhaps I'd consider buying it. The Blackpool Lights are news to me. As is the term " Charabanc trip". (shãr'ə-bãng') n. Chiefly British A large bus, typically used for sightseeing. [From French char à bancs : char, coach, carriage (from Old French, cart; see chariot) + à, with (from Latin ad, toward; see ad-) + bancs, benches, pl. of banc (from Old French; see bank3).]

Roll up! Roll up! The Beatles invite you to make a reservation for the Magical Mystery Tour... thoughts? "A product of our imaginations" believe me, at this point they are quite vivid

In the West white orange trees and especially their blossoms are a symbol of purity and virginity and is therefore often carried by a bride. The tree may be depicted beside the Virgin Mary, or its fruit in the hand of the infant Christ. It may sometimes replace the apple tree in scenes of Paradise, as a symbol of the Fall. Oranges are a popular gift at Chinese and Japanese New Year festivals. For the Chinese the gift expresses the wish for good fortune in the coming year or, if to a married daughter, that she may speedily bear children. In Chinese, chti (orange) is a near homophone for 'to pray for happiness'. www.wisdomportal.com/Color/BragdonOrange.htmllike apples and oranges

As I tell in my book City of Peace, I chanced upon Nashville’s Mall-Meru cross in 1999 while researching FDRs quest for the secrets of Jesus in Shambhala, the apex of Meru, in Mongolia in 1934.
I followed a clue in a coded letter sent by Henry A. Wallace, FDR’s Secretary of Agriculture and partner in this ‘Grail quest’, to the famed guru Nicholas Roerich, the third ‘wise man’ in this trinity. It suggested that Nashville, TN was a possible repository for the results of their investigation.
The key clue that led me to the Mall site was Wallace’s mention of a ‘sacred casket’ or coffin and a location in America marked by ‘seven stars under three stars’. Tennessee’s state flag is the only flag in the union that has only three stars.
According to state archaeologists, the Mall site has been used as a ceremonial center since 900 AD when the Mississippian culture built a ceremonial mound royal grave just seventy yards away. “Vast numbers” of bodies are interred here. This makes this site a giant coffin.
This is synchronistic as the Arabs called the seven stars of the Big Dipper ‘Nash’, which meant ‘the great coffin’. The Sumerians called this constellation Meru, meaning the sacred casket. Middle Tennessee was originally called “the Mero District.”
Hermes/Thoth’s ‘As above. So below’ law is clearly evidenced by these place names and the early usage of the Mall site as a burial ground www.williamhenry.net/cityofsecrets.htmlהא Jude en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nousna na na naaa

The rod portion of the Mall has seven springs running beneath it. (The cosmic Tree of Life is always rooted in water.) Each of the body’s seven chakras is perfectly marked with appropriate symbolism at the Mall. It is truly a Seven-Gated Magician’s Rod fitting of Hermes.
This living temple is lined with oak trees, which means it fits the biblical definition of an Ashera. The Hebrew word ashera, rendered grove in the Authorized Version of the Bible refers to a living or wooden pillar or a grove of trees of the Anunnaki goddess, Is-Tara or Astarte. Ashi is the Sumerian root for ‘heal’. These healing pillars of worship, where the Great Wise Serpent/Spirit (Enki?) manifested, were forbidden by the Jewish patriarchy.
The fact that the ashera was the place of worship of Ishtar is integral to decoding the Mall. Ishtar is another name for Inanna, a probable precursor to Athena.

Another chance to hear "Paul's Dead" yelled by John after the Death Cab for Cutie sequence, as John and George applaud in the crowd. Can only be heard in reverse. But this time, we can hear it in high definition. Woot!

Jessbottles, I posted this in another thread today, but I'll post it here incase you missed it, and to keep this conversation intact. The Penguin John Lennon, originally published in 1966. It contains both of Lennon's first two books. The concept design for this book was of course by Penguin Books' Alan Aldridge. I can't find a specific date, but even if it were published in late-fall or winter, the photo session would most likely had to have been either before their summer tour, or directly afterwards.

Thanks linus! I think that these scribblings by John if they are just "off the top of his head" as it were they are even MORE worthy of examination. If planned out (which would mean nearly everything he did even in passing was "carefully thought out" ) then it is significant. If it is a quick sketch, then it is dadaist, subconscious, a manifestation of his thoughts in doodle terms.. therefor significant. I see in the scribbles many things. Obvious is the PA UL, but also there seems to be a lightning bolt that strikes from a man with a scowl on the top left to the between the horns area of a devil or otherwise horned being (like lightning from heaven). At the bottom left looks like a palm tree perhaps. John of course has drawn in GLASSES on both his nose but also ABOVE his eyes in the third eye or "higher way of seeing" region, the flower in the mouth is obvious - reaching in towards the area to the left. What this means "the flower in the mouth" i haven't gotten to yet. At his solar plexus is a WINDOW i think. (reminds me a bit of the teletubbies lol) and below that, frankly i see a JANUS two or three headed face. On the right hand top i may be seeing an "F" there... and i see TWO SUNS... below that a moon, FISH and water... (or water fish moon depending on how you read it...) below that is a face/head non-descript, yet the hair seems to be standing up towards John, or maybe flowing like as if underwater.. low gravity. There is something below that on the hand but i can't make it out. Below that is some kind of horned beingor demon?? IDK. Anyway, some observations. This is a weird doodle and I would love to hear the back-story on it. I agree with many of your interpretations. I can't tell if the upper right is a PA as you suggest or an AA. A.A. was an occult order related to crowley and the OTO. Along with your interpretation, take note that the "F" occurs across from the supposed "PA" I didn't see where the "UL" you see are. The face in the upper right with the scowl has a cartoonishly long nose. This has lines through it, possibly suggesting "cut off" Is that a moon and a fish? Fish and loaves? These in all probability could just be random scribbles not intended to be significant. However, Ive recently come to the theory that humans contstantly reveal their true thoughts and feelings via sub-text... which can take on a number of forms. Think of it as a kind of "freudian slip." Jung had a similar idea to mine.

From the new MMT dvd
In the new cut of the video for Blue Jay Way you can see that the "decapitated body" with Magical Mystical Boy written on its chest is actually Mal Evans
As stated in the book that came with the box set "One superimposition shows George in front of Ringo's slide projections onto road manager Mal Evans."
