In my previous posts we discussed the IAM triangle stamped on Beatles records produced at the Scranton Capitol Records plant. We also discussed the fluorescent Beatle albums, apparently from the Scranton plant. As part of a continuing effort to bring new topics to, and stimulate discussion in this forum, I present the following. The Capitol Records building in Los Angeles, California contains underground sonic chambers designed, like the pyramids in Egypt, to last for centuries. The History channel calls them "sonic temples". The following is a link to a clip from the History Channel series "Life After People" entitled "Capitol Records". www.history.com/shows/life-after-people/videos/capitol-records#capitol-recordsI have two Questions: Has this been discussed before? Does this have any significance?

From Wikipedia:
Capitol's producers significantly altered the content of the Beatles albums (see "Record Altering", below) and, believing the Beatles' recordings were sonically unsuited to the US market, not only added equalization to brighten the sound, but also piped the recordings through the famous Capitol echo chamber, located underneath the parking lots outside the Capitol Tower.

That is very interesting Eric, I hadn't heard of that. Ringo Starr – Only Youwww.youtube.com/watch?v=ViqRIgvTGu0The title "Goodnight Vienna" comes from an English slang phrase meaning roughly, "It's all over". "The cover artwork for Goodnight Vienna was based on a still from the classic science fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still, with Starr's head replacing that of actor Michael Rennie. Rennie's character was the alien Klaatu, a name later adopted by a Canadian band falsely rumoured to be the Beatles under a pseudonym. In the movie, Klaatu had come to Earth to deliver the message that the entire planet needed to adopt peaceful ways, a message that comports with Ringo's personal mantra "peace and love."" And here's a commercial for the album with John & Ringo. (it's weird to hear John say the word "tapes"). www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqBH-9yyQMU

Hey is that one of the fake Fauls flying Ringo's aircraft???
Something to be said about those fake flying Faul's..they can land anywhere. A Capital Record Plant in Scranton???We'll have to send our own "B" being that he's right there in Wilkes-Barre. Hey, I knew he was good for more that being a "mod" here. LOLOL
And I've heard that he's seen a few saucers in his area...perhaps Ringo's mother ship had landed in Scranton...
He may have flown over "B" territory....

Interesting that they gave the CGI 'sonic temple' a masonic black and white checkerboard floor! Like this? Sonic temple www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=sonicconcert (n.) 1660s, "agreement, accord, harmony," from Fr. concert (16c.), from It. concerto "concert, harmony," from concertare "bring into agreement," in L. "to contend, contest, dispute," from com- "with" (see com-) + certare "to contend, strive," frequentative of certus, variant pp. of cernere "separate, decide" (see crisis). Before the word entered English, meaning shifted from "to strive against" to "to strive alongside." Sense of "public musical performance" is 1680s. But Klein considers this too much of a stretch and suggests L. concentare "to sing together" (from con- + cantare "to sing") as the source of the Italian word in the musical sense.www.click2houston.com/fun/click2win/Win-Paul-McCartney-concert-experience/-/1735576/16899358/-/674thsz/-/index.htmllol

Here's where it gets spooky
RE: The Goodnight Vienna Video I don't know who the man in the video with Ringo is, but what I find interesting is, the red white and black cap that he is wearing. If we look hard enough, we find that it refers to Robert R. Everett, CEO, from 1969 to 1986 of Mitre Corporation, which has everything to do with the Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration, DARPA, and the like. Nothing is real, indeed.
I will delete this post upon request

Ok, the man wearing the clue cap in the video is Harry Nilsson, computer programer by night, and musician by day. Working out of an office he produced albums that were so incredibly good they caused both Paul, and John to proclaim him their favorite American musical group. One day in between answering phone calls in which, as he recalled years later the flow of a typical conversation was: "When did you play last?" "I didn't." "Where have you played before?" "I haven't." "When will you be playing next?" "I don't", John Lennon called him. John, after listening to one of his albums for 36 hours straight(!), praised him. Paul called the next day. They liked him so much that he later lived with John, and Ringo, but that didn't last very long because he and John soon moved to New York. In the video Harry plays the role of Ringo's handler.

I do have to say I find it interesting that they called it a "sonic temple" and also depicted it with a checkerboard floor pattern.
I am sure some of you are familiar with the work of John Todd who alleged that he was a former illuminati "insider" and that these studios would have a "temple room" where the masters were satanically blessed. Well... possessed might be a more accurate term, given his description.

victor (n.) mid-14c., from L. victorem (nom. victor) "a conqueror," agent noun from pp. stem of vincere "to conquer," from PIE root *weik- "to fight, conquer" (cf. Lith. apveikiu "to subdue, overcome," O.C.S. veku "strength, power, age," O.N. vigr "able in battle," O.E. wigan "fight," Welsh gwych "brave, energetic," O.Ir. fichim "I fight" lol

It's also interesting that Keith Moon and Mama Cass both died in Harry Nilsson's apartment. (Not to get too off topic). Also, John Todd got the date and album title of C,S,N & Young's album wrong, for what it's worth. it was titled Four Way Street, not Two Way Street. And how did it have an affect on the '60s when it was released in 1971? (Some friend of David Crosby's )

Two different stampers are used in the machine at the same time
to press the two sides of the record simultaneously.again (adv.) late O.E. agan, from earlier ongean "toward, opposite, against, in exchange for," from on "on" (see on) + -gegn "against, toward," compounded for a sense of "lined up facing, opposite," and "in the opposite direction, returning." For -gegn, cf. O.N. gegn "straight, direct," Dan. igen "against," O.Fris. jen, O.H.G. gegin, Ger. gegen "against, toward," Ger. entgegen "against, in opposition to."
