I was researching PID and came across a video on youtube that brought my attention to the song "All You Need Is Love"... where towards the end John sings "Love is all you need" several times until he appears to say "Yes He's Dead." Perhaps this has been discussed before.. its at 3:14

Personally, I think he's saying "Yesterday" (which would still be a reference to Paul, since he sang the song).

Here you go, "Love Is All You Need" or "Gimme The Whole Silver / Loves He Did It All" in reverse (with my interpretation below) Pretty catchy, I'd say it's right up there with "Something's Wrong With My Eye" ("I Am The Walrus" reversed):
