John Halliday (house custodian)

Hi guys,
Newbie here, I've a huge feeling that in the car accident he didn't die, but his legs were severely damaged; possibly amputated!

After searching through huge amounts of different YouTube videos, to me: It's the old custodian of Paul's house in 20 Forthlin who is the real Macca!

Eyes ears smile and all round jovely attitude is so much like Macca before and up to 66! John Halliday!
Now after people started making comparisons he's gone underground! Disappeared! John was sacked by the idiots at National Trust as they claimed
he was an alcoholic, and was drunk and stinking of beer whilst giving tours!

So wrong... John never drank on the days he was told there was tour! On his days off he would have a few tins yes! But even on his day off folks would still come
to 20 Forthlin, so John - being the lovely guy he is - would still pop out and say hi and do photographs etc.

He developed anxiety, I think, after numerous attempts of burglary to the home he now called his own! And some sort of chest problem!
But I just think it's really strange that John had worked there for ex amount of years, and was loved by all in the community - that he suddenly disappeared at
the same time people started noticing the very similar looks of Macca!
Now on closer inspection he seems to have some sort of limp! His legs look strange in photographs! They don't look real!

I've searched everywhere as I'm from lpool! Local radio stations, the national trust, and Twitter to name but a few. Nobody seems to know where he's gone!
I did read somewhere somebody saying they believe John moved to Austrailia! I can't find this person to ask how they know this.
Has anyone on here got any ideas about John's where-abouts please?

After a quick look in local phone book we found a Holliday who lives round corner from Forthlin in......QUARRY rd/ave can't rem as I type this...

yip QUARRY as in the QUARRY MEN, top of this road is strawberry fields, bottom of the road is the church John Lennon and Paul met each other!
Eleanor Rigbys grave is also very near to this road! I haven't phoned the number yet to ask if they know John. John Halliday also worked at Speke Hall,
I asked these about John but was told no records! It's like he's literally fell off the planet! 

I really do believe John is the real Macca! I also believe the now Faul is William Shepard aka Billy Shears!
I'm awaiting replies from local radio station, Radio merseyside, local newspaper the Echo, and a few well known scouse celebs!
I'll keep you guys up to date on any findings.

baldymacca, can you post one of the videos showing John walking, showing the limp?

I saw some videos about John Halliday and he does look like Paul, but the one thing for me was he didn't look anything like Paul when he was younger.
That fact that he disappeared off the face of the earth is very interesting, though.

John Halliday definitely looks like MACCA; however, I don't think that he is the original Paul.
He doesn't have a Liverpool accent and he is too young. A lot of people are just similar 'types'.

I looked more closely at videos of John Halliday and he and Paul have a lot of similarities.

The Liverpool Echo stated John Halliday was sacked for drinking too much. I would drink a lot too if I was once the famous millionaire 
Beatle Paul and then ended up working as a custodian of my own childhood home.
