I haven't really looked into this kind of stuff since my older brother let me tag along to an acid soaked screening of The Wall at a planetarium while we were in high school, but some of the syncs this guy has lined up look pretty interesting.
They aren't all F/Beatle specific, but a good number are. I'm particularly interested in taking at look at the HEAD/White Album merge, as mentioned in the comments.
There's a big dropbox vault the blogger has assembled and links to, which has many of the mentioned syncs.

I listened to your guys’ Head show on Always Record, and watched along. I hadn’t seen it in about 12 years, and the first thing I thought of as the movie started was that the airplane sounds were just like the airplane sounds at the beginning of The White Album, so I tried Head with that and… fucking amazing. I tried it by starting The White Album when the airplane sound starts on Head, but now I think it’ll work just a little bit better to start the album at some point slightly before that. Some of the more noteworthy syncs I noticed were, Dear Prudence begins right as Mickey jumps off the bridge. The chorus to Happiness is a warm gun comes in right as Mickey fires the tank at the Coke ["he shoot Coca-Cola"] machine and grins satisfactorily. Why don’t we do it in the road is playing during all the shots of the billboards, street signs and streets. The beginning of the 2nd disc, which is the song “Birthday”, should start right around the time Davey goes into “Daddy’s Song”, It’s also interesting that Michael has a birthday in the film. The “Can you take me back” ending to “Cry Baby Cry” plays while they jump off the bridge at the end of the film.
