Portion of a number code found in one of IAAP's RA videos

The Iamaphoney video is question here is The Rotten Apple 89 E.



I paused it at the 9th second (0:09) and the code popped up.



Looks to be something like you'd see in the Matrix movie.

Granted, I know that IAAP's videos are "peppered" (see what I did there?) with interesting and sometimes quite eerie fast moving images.

Lots of these images have to be actively sought out. Yeah, you could do the pause/play method if you have fast reflexes, but I found the best way is to just download the video and open it in a video editing software. Then, you can watch the video as slowly as you'd want and try to make sense of them all.

I betcha these images are links in the chain of the story itself.

I wonder what this could be and if it was ripped from another media (like a movie or music video).

I'm okay with some cryptic texts, but I'm not well versed to the point that I can immediately pinpoint what type of code that is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's the Zodiac Killer cipher/cypher grid. see here

It does look like Zodiac code .
I think some of that was deciphered and possibly some hasn't been.

Who knows why it's in the vid.

Wasn't there an account on this forum ages ago during IAAPs peak that posted Zodiac-like codes and stuff and then wiped all of it? Didn't he posted that letter that was related to Manson that had writing similar to Zodiac's handwriting? Wasn't his name MilesDeo?
