Well, not everything can be given to the public. Imagine a world, where every single government document (OK, so SFF is not a government document) would be given for read to the public. Even in a time of war or something.

Well, insiders have revealed that during takes 8 till 24 were filled with burps, farts, hiccups, coughs and a few revelations about Paul that the world was not ready to hear at that time. They were hermetically sealed and kept in a vault. Maybe to be revealed at a later date?

Or maybe never, like who killed JFK, or anything the Bushes do. Anyway, the answer to your question is that SFF takes 8 to 24 became Bob Dylan's "Rainy Day Women 12 and 35" aka "Stone Ya", and Chicago's "25 or 6 to 4" Also President Nixon's secretary accidentally erased 18 minutes of them when she rested her foot on the "erase pedal" at Abbey Road Studios.
