These are stills sent to me by Richard Warren Lipack, you may remember the name from another recent thread. Some info:
It was on August 1, 1971, when I recorded the earliest extant rock video made with the first portable video equipment (the SONY AV-3400 1/2" reel to reel bl & wh video PortaPak camera and recorder); of the first show of the "Concert For Bangla Desh." This work too is copyrighted, but I hearby am releasing to you Jo Jo for your site for public "FAIR USE" reproduction the attached still frame images. These have never been reproduced anywhere and will be exclusive to your site at this time, if you care to reproduce same. The afternoon show for the Concert for Bangla Desh.was not part of the Apple released movie, and actually was a more spontaneous show than the second show. George Harrison, the very first time on stage with his OWN band (and not backup to Delaney and Bonnie), is captured in my video - and even had stage fright - forgetting the first few lines of "WAH WAH"!...
Thanks Richard!
