unless its a great substantial differ i doubt she really be able to tell. i am takin about 1 to 2 inches. anyways its not like the girls going to measure u by the inch with a measuring tape.
i mean isn;t it the same as gals stuffin their bras or wearing padding in their bra to make em appear to have bigger breasts-yea attract men .....
same thing with us men or some of us to wear a shoe lift

You know, if its 1-2 inches it probably won't be a big deal because she'll take off her shoes too and will lose about the same height.
You're right, it guess the lifts will help you with a first impression, an opening and from there it'll depend on you're personality. good luck.

Where does your husband buy those elevator shoes?

You would attract more ladies with a pair of socks stuffed in your crotch. Thats false advertising dude. Be cool with what you got.... Next you'll be looking for a penis extension.

People going just a little too far to fix something like their height isn't attractive to me. It's far sexier when you are just you and proud of yourself no matter what your height is. Besides, short men are superseksy!

Tip: I purchased a 1.75 inch par and thats about as high as I think anybody should go

If I started dating a guy and thought he was taller.. and took of his shoes and was short.. I'd be so turned off.... Don't hide who you are... it's unattractive

Sarah,
But the question remains...would you have dated him in the first place if he wasn't wearing the shoes?
As for the rest of the post...I'm really suprised that so many of the women are approving of shoe-lifts. It's hard to imagine that a wife would want her husband to wear those things. I can't place my finger on why I think it's odd....it just is.

Carl, no I probably wouldn't of. It's true. I wouldn't date a guy shorter than me and if I ever did he would have to be something pretty amazing. Still... say I started dating a guy.... then he took of his shoes and was 3 inches shorter I wouldn't go on a date with him again because he basically lied.. it's alike a girl who stuffs her bra LoL
Carl Posted - 7/6/2005 1:57:53 PM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Most guys would not dump a woman because he found out that she stuffed her bra. Breast size (and I'd say, even weight) are much less important to men than height is to women, apparently.
Also, from what you said, the guy would have nothing to lose by wearing the shoes. So he gets his first date and a chance to impress you...a chance that he wouldn't have even gotten without the shoes. And he could hide his height for months like this (unless you like sex standing up). You two might even get married, and you still wouldn't know.
If you did end up marrying a guy, and then you found out that he is really 3 inches shorter (I'm talking height), would you divorce him?

I'm 5'6 and I tried those stupid things when I was 18-20 and they ended up hurting my feet. I threw them out. Instead I started working out and got in shape and got a cool haircut...lol. Started hitting the nightspots and with a lil' bla bla did pretty well with the ladies. I did notice something at these clubs though. That the taller guys would stand on the side all lanky 6'2 guys. While the shorter muscled up guys, were working the floor with the ladies. It's all about building self confidence and it appeared that although these guys were taller, they had no confidence because they were probably tall and skinny or tall and fat. Working out and getting in shape is perhaps the best way of building up your confidence. BEST OF LUCK!!!

how did your hubby gain 5 inches with a 1.5 inch insert?

I don't wear heels any more. They make your feet look ugly once they come off. So what if I'm short? I don't care! There are more important things in your life than to try and look taller than you are. Be grateful with what you have.

I have inserts 1in and 3 inches tall. Im usually wearing the 1 in. because its really hard to walk with the 3in. Im never taking them off.....I just feel good for the first time in my life to be tall as the average joe. I just hated when I used to be in the club and the ladies with their 3' heels where taller than me. Not cool. Working out and beeing buff is cool if you have the height but if you are short.....that the worst think you can do. You just look like a square. Ladies dont like that.

I posted on the other boards saying I wear BOTH inserts and elevator shoes and I love both of them! Wouldn't go back to regular shoes again.
It's amazing but most of the flack about elevator shoes and inserts mostly come from the men than the ladies. Wives especially like them on their men.
Young guys- When you get older, you will shrink an inch or two. There's nothing bad about trying to at least get back to your original height when you're older or gaining a few inches if your young. You're just leveling the playing field (pun attended).

I find tall women who wear flats unattractive.
High heels are such a turn-on so why would a tall women not wear them.
