If it was written in October 1966 and if it's a JPM product, then a September 1966 DOD is not possible.

We've been told it was October '66 but in the world of Nothing is Real, this means nothing about the date could be real.

I have to agree with PB. Paul could've been working on it when he was killed. Then, Sir George could've either finished it himself, or had it done by someone else.

Those projects could have been discussed for a couple of years....and in the wake of JPM's untimely death...someone took the unfinished material and did their thing to complete it and slapped JPM's name on it...
And you know the faulterations that has been given in these old stories of what happened...way back when...

And you know the faulterations that has been given in these old stories of what happened...way back when... "The Family Way" soundtrack only contains a couple small themes repeated over and over again in a variety of George Martin arrangements. It very much like the first Fireman CD. Paul could have written the whole thing over lunch.
