Read the story here. You can listen to the sound files, but apparently a doo wop group called "The Zephyrs" sent their recording of "Jude" to Apple, and they figured hey, we might as well use it! In this exclusive phone interview broadcast on Big Oldies 93 Radio in Peoria, IL., former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney reveals - to the horror of millions - that the Beatles in fact were NOT the original composers of one of their biggest hits, “Hey Jude”. But if not The Beatles, then who? Listen in to this exclusive taped interview by Peoria morning man John Riley, for the full story of how the Beatles scammed millions in royalties from an unknown ( and unsuspecting) group. Warning: If you’re a huge Beatles fan, it’s UPSETTING.

Hehe..the voice got better half way through though.. But the choice of words, syntax, colloquial phrases, meter----perfect. But vocal timbre? For this to have been Maaca, it woulkd have to have been early in the morning with a slight cold......... Scripting--perfect. "for us...in those days......but now becoz' of what you're doing.........out in the open....... a bit past it.........really.......never released it on an album (actually, not true)...........ya' know........we thought.........runnin' it as a bus'ness....material was too daft to use anyway........if you think about it REALLY.......mate.......a different game back then.........to 'ave it out in the open.......story went around........stealing bitz-a'songs........" Sincerely, I was waiting for the phrase, "It's you in the media that's tellin' it. I would rather you not tell it." and the "ng's" are perfect (as in "sonnngggzz") This imitation of Sir Paul is brilliant. And the do-wop send up of Hey Jude is priceless. Will this web page disappear at midnight? It won't be April Fool's anymore.
