Even some peopel who think he's alive have noticed that his nose looks a bit thinner and less fleshy after he "died," and the ears are closer to the head. Could it be possible he had some work done in 66, possible while in Africa? What's interesting is that he has said he is opposed to plastic surgery. ("They don't get new noses where I come from." If you are reading this, fess up, Paul! ;D
