Not sure who he is, and when this took place, early 80's might be a good guestimate. Look at around 3 minutes in, when KK asks about rock stars who have died young. At first Bill misunderstands, then he looks really rattled for just a few seconds, but he maintains control. He then says: "I'll answer that if you tell me how Kevin Keaton got in here.. 15.2 MB, Real Video www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/KKInterview.rm

I found this clip to have many possible clues, which everyone should see, BTW JoJo the interviewer says at one point "we are into the eighties now", yet they also make it clear that John is still very much alive, so my guess would be somewhen before december 1980!
Just about a minute into the clip, Kevin Keaton says;
"So we're into the 80's now, where do you think music is gonna go and where's Paul McCartney going to go?"
Paul: "To bed I should think!" [strums guitar] "I dunno actually, I've never known, y'know, they used to ask me that in the 50's, 60's and say... [Realises he's just made a slip up and nervously laughs] I was around then you know! [scratches ear]
Now, likening Faul to an actor in a play who has just forgotten his lines, tried to improvise, and made a cock up, he makes the cardinal sin by corpsing, laughing whilst performing, thus breaking character, ruining the realism.
To be fair he does recover fairly well.
At 1:40 ish, the interviewer asks the question about "Are there enough Paul McCartneys around to write the new songs?"
Probably about general pop music but it could be drawing attention to the writing of Fauls own songs.
2:30 ish " You said you were the same old Paul McCartney [Faul raises his eyebrows, looks up to the heavens]"
Also does anyone else notice that he seems to have a flap of skin running from his earlobe to the "corner" of his jaw? That's what he keeps scratching and he seems to keep getting his finger in behind it, almost as if it's the edge of a rubber mask peeling away or something crazy like that!
Oh well anyway, that's what I noticed, and I often miss the subliminal stuff, so maybe others will watch, and find more!?

I don't think the interviewer is called Kevin Keaton. I think 'Paul's' talking about the British footballer Kevin Keegan who had just started a brief (thankfully) career as a singer.
It seemed like he'd been studying some old JPM interviews before he did that just to bring in some realism. The lip licking thing is an old JPM trait you don't often see that guy doing too much. He seems strangely uncomfortable throughout it though, hiding behind his guitar, swallowing nervously and making stupid mistakes. I wonder why what is.
Fake ear peeling off? Bodylanguage-wise as soon as he makes the 1950's comment he presses his fingers behind his ears and holds them there in a very unnatural way as if he's just been reminded of his falseness and suddenly is very aware of it. From then on he just keeps messing around in that area pressing things down. If you imagine he's wearing a false ear then it does look like he's having problems with it or just getting insecure about it.

Yeh I mentioned the Kevin Keegan thing in the Norman Gunson Interview thread.
Thats a very interesting take (not to mention the most likely take) on the psychology behind the "ear thing"

Yeh I mentioned the Kevin Keegan thing in the Norman Gunson Interview thread. I was wondering why you hadn't pointed it out. I figured a fellow Brit would spot it. ;D
