Hello to everyone on this board. I moved over from that "other" board. That one from BeatlePaul who I believe is actually SunKing.
I think that SunKing/BeatlePaul is actually the main source of irritation on that board, and much of what's wrong now with that message board. He has created his own monster.
But first of all, I must give credit where credit is due. SunKing/BeatlePaul is largely responsible for this and most of the message boards existing today, that are exploring all the questions of what actually happened to Paul McCartney back in 1966? His comparisons and Photo analysis are brilliant, and created the attention it took to bring all of these discussions to the point in time that were all at now.
But.....I want honestly in these discussions. I want to know what is known about Paul and the other Beatles, when it was known, and I want it laid out in a frank and thoughtful and forthright manner. .If you lie to me, or withhold information and or dole it out in cryptic "1984" phrases which just continue to confuse me and everyone else ,then expect that in time you will lose me and everyone one else.
I believe something happened to Paul McCartney in 1966. I believe the other beatles were involved with the coverup and the clues. We may never know all of the reasons why they did it?
It almost all came crashing down in 1969,when those radio talk shows hosts worldwide began talking about it. We all pulled out our Beatle albums and started looking at clues. Many of us damaged our turntables by playing our records backwards.
But in 1969, there was no world wide internet. We couldn't post those clues on the net and share them with all of our fellow clue finders worldwide,so in time Bill and the other Beatles were able to wait it out and eventually all the initial fervor died down. They thought they had pulled it off! No one would be the wiser. They could move on with their lives and make their millions and soon it would all fade away into music history.
Of course the internet has changed everything and here we are today. What do we do with all of the information we glean from the pictures, the albums etc.? Can we make a difference somehow? Can we change history? Can we force the media to take another look back at what transpired all those years ago?
I don't thing any of us can know, but what we can do in a thoughtful, serious and meaningful way is continue to discuss and spread the word to each person that we can, what we believe happened. That's all any of us can do.
That’s the reason I chose the name lah’mah. In Hawaiian it means “light”. May we all continue to light the way as we travel our life path.

Hi lah' mah.
I hope you will be comfortable here.
This board is not as busy as TKIN, but you will also find it is not a "cloak-and-dagger" atmosphere.
The founders and mods of this board are very honest about what we know, and what we don't know. Members who "play games" don't remain members.
Due to the nature of the subject, sometimes posters are "thinking out loud" -- giving their interpretations, or "what if...?" sort of conversations. But they are presented as such.
There is no withholding info, no cryptic messaging, and no "phantom document" to deal with here.
we have no desire to change history...it is what it is.
As for the media (and most of the public); if William Whozit himself were to admit the switch on his deathbed, it wouldn't be believed. It would be written off as mental infirmity or "one final prank".
very well put.
Excellent choice for your name!!
Should you have any questions, feel free to post them or to PM any of the mods. We have a friendly and helpful group here.

After so long "sifting" through the tremendous amount of things to hear and see on this topic, and forming and re-forming endless versions of "what might have happened", one thing has become paramount to me in this pursuit.
The topic, the players involved, the memory of James Paul, and the knighted individual we all recognize as Sir Paul today, should all be discussed with dignity and respect.
Not that we can't have some little bit of "fun", now and then, but the predominant attitude should be respectful and sensitive. These are all real people that have led real lives, extraordinary ones.
Here, if so inclined , we can play the role of amateur media historians, and develop our own resolutions. For myself, I don't want to play Judge Judy to a complex story that is only grasped at in part.
Although, I'd be interested in how Judge Judy percieved this whole thing. I bet she'd well understand why it might have been done, and dismiss the whole matter with her blessing.
What I am saying is, that in my heart, I am personally convinced that there is a reasonable explanation to how it all got started.
