Yes, they made a video, using stop action photography, a process that takes a great deal of time and care from what I know. They showed parts on Anthology, but this is the first I've seen of the whole thing. The Sgt. conducting like so: Reminds me of this, from the ADITL video: The video, not the best quality, but enjoy.. Just a thought, but when the music starts, the camera's eye along with the gaze of the little blond girl goes straight into the television screen. Down the rabbit hole?

Clearly a mask on the Sgt. isn't it?
Or has that been established before?
Or.... is that just because it's a still?

Well I would assume it's a clay figure, or whatever material they use for the stop action stuff.

Oh sorry it's the Sgt. Pepper animated video, i'm afraid that i'm guilty of skim reading, I thought it was from the later mentioned ADITL video.

I was trying to pick up on the mural in the background. Even though quality of the video is kind of poor, it looks to me like it depicts a convertible traveling along a windy coastal road? If this is the clue, then it coincides with other similar clues.

The Sgt. resembles the uniform Bill is wearing in his pipes of peace video...at least the hat...

I agree with the style rita, but doesn't he wear a beret in pipes of peace, whereas that's a peaked hat?

can someone check the differencies between the actual LP cover and the video? It seems that there are some... For example, the "o" of the original "BEATLESo" is not there...

I believe this video was made for the 20th anniversary of Sgt. Pepper around the same time it was released on CD for the first time (1987).
