Total411.info has a new affiliated site, OccultBeatles.org . We hope to take a new look at the secret history of the Beatles, and other aspects of popular music and culture as well. It's forum-based right now, with a good team to manage what will hopefully become the greatest open-source breakdown of what the heck has been going on over the last half century. More details on the forum's background here

I'm going to let this site die a quiet death in about six weeks or so, so if anyone has something they want to save from there, hop to it. I had started the site because at the time "Nothing is Real" had a broad "no politics" rule which restrained discussion and investigation into the Beatles story to an inordinate degree. (There were other Beatles forums as well, of course, with their own shortcomings. ) As it turned out, NIR dropped the "no politics" rule the same month www.occultbeatles.org started; which kind of made the site redundant from the git-go.

Thanks for the warning, there were some interesting threads I will grab. One was about the auction of the White Album reel to reel, and that it had "PID clues". (that were missing from the usual releases) I almost got it a few weeks ago, but the bidding got ridiculously high.. Now I'm curious.

TI--sorry your occult board is a casualty but let us express our thanks for you having hosted it.
Don't be sorry... it was just something that seemed necessary at the time more than something I wanted to do. I know I'm not the most diplomatic person for administrating a forum. Eg, I would have probably moved more than half of your posts to the off-topic section and just created a bunch of hurt feelings.
Jojo, thanks for reminding me there was useful stuff posted there exclusively. I'll look into archiving the board in a subdirectory at total411.info rather than deleting the board entirely when the domain expires.

I'm working on making an exact mirror of the site with Webzip. (minus the admin sections) I'll get back to you when it's done, usually it works out quite nicely, you can't tell it's a copy.. hmm..
