I believe that this picture of Paul McCartney with Mal Evans was taken on November 9, 1966. l Source:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Mal_Evan_and_Paul_at_airport.jpg Go to wikipedia and type "Mal Evans". If you scroll down a bit, it says that Paul and Mal arrived from Kenya at London in November 9, 1966. So, what are your opinions about that?

Interesting point, but if you go to wikipedia and type "Mal Evans", under the picture of Paul and Mal it reads: "Evans and McCartney at Heathrow airport in 1966, after their African trip".Have a look.

It might be a possibility that Wiki is wrong. (what a shocker)

Well, there is a chance that wikipedia is wrong, but check this out too: "They spent their final night in Nairobi at a YMCA, before they returned to London. The Beatles—according to McCartney—needed a new name, and on the flight back to England Evans and McCartney played with words to see if they could come up with something new. Evans innocently asked McCartney what the letters “S” and “P” stood for on the pots on their meal trays, and McCartney explained that it was for salt and pepper, which led to the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band name, although McCartney denies the rumour that Evans came up with the name by himself.[25][26] They arrived back in London on 9 November 1966.(Source:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mal_Evans) Can this photo have been taken the day of their arrival? And one more question: Does anyone know where Heathrow is located? img365.imageshack.us/my.php?image=malevanandpaulatairportuf9.jpg

Then it must be Faul if it was after Africa. Anyway, you can tell it's not Paul b/c of that dreadful ensemble he's wearing :-P

I agree with faulconandsnowjob, if this was after the trip to Africa, then it is most certainly Faul, because, as legend has it, that's where the 'character' of 'Faul' was born.

That date is wrong. It's April '67, I've seen quite a few pics from that day.

From the phoney vid! Aren't you guys at all bothered by the pre-66 Pauls? Which "Paul" was replaced? Which Paul is PID?

^ This, PWRers, is why it isn't as obvious as you all say it is. The use of a replacement before '67. You aren't seeing something we're missing if you can't agree on who's who.

The large majority of the time it is that obvious. other times the line gets a little fuzzy. You know that.... the MFH bunch are experts at finding the pics that blur the line. But the large majority of the time there is across-the-board agreement on which pics are JPM. I never subscribed to the pre-66 replacement theories, but that is quite possible. Are there post-66 pics of JPM? The solid PIDer's would strongly disagree with that of course, but I'm not so sure.

Well there don't seem to be many solid PIDers anymore, since so many of you guys say "nothing would surprise me anymore". You on the other hand, are probably one of the most faithful to the original story. ;D

No, that picture at the top was taken on November 19, 1966 at Heathrow Airport. It's on Iamaphoney's #76 Rotten Apple video. It's one of the Fauls returning from Kenya after his plastic surgery. The real Paul was vacationing in Paris, France.

Like in these pics, when it's hard to tell if its Faul or Paul, I call it Pfaul because I just can't tell.

The real Paul was vacationing in Paris, France. You think Iamaphoney is a credible source? In late '66, he didn't have sideburns yet, and he didn't dress like that either. it's listed as April everywhere else - these pics picture were taken after Jane's 21st birthday, it's him coming back from Denver. Even JoJo agrees. There's only one pictures of him coming back from Kenya, and he didn't look like this.
