Do you guys think it is a possibility that John could've imitated Pauls voice in the studio? I was just listening to "Well, Well, Well" and noticed how much John sounded like Paul in the chorus (when he sings "well well well" in that bass voice) What do you guys think?

He could probably imitate a lot of people, but if you're asking whether he did on records, I'd guess no.

Fool on the Hill was not performed by George Harrison. No offense, but you're just one more person taking the resources available on the internet for granted and not really doing any research. Oh, Paul looks different in this picture so it must be Faul! Faul sounds different in this song so it must be George! Fool on the Hill isn't George. When one of the Beatles claimed to have sung a song, it's because they did. How do I know? Because I listen to the outtakes! Before you take anything Sun King or any of the other loonies tell you as gospel, you owe it to yourself to dig around on the web and try to get your hands on bootleg materials. Before doing that you really have no right to be saying so matter-of-factly that George Harrison sang something that he clearly did not. Don't believe me? www.zshare.net/download/605170102ab476bb/The zip file at the URL above contains two small WAV files. One is a clip taken from take 4 of Fool on the Hill, and has a very obvious Paul vocal on it. The other WAV file is a clip of Paul singing on take 6, and is basically the same as the final take except that I "normalized' Paul's voice. During the mixing process Geoff Emerrick sped Paul's voice up a bit (this isn't unusual--a lot of bands had started to toy around with effects in the mid-60's) resulting in a higher pitched Paul (i.e., not George.) All I've done is take the pitch down a notch, showing that this is unmistakably Paul's voice we're listening to here (just compare it to take 4, and you'll see what I mean).

Yes i've heard Paul/Faul perform it in various takes/demos but there is some degree of George Harrison on Fool On The Hill. I'm kind of not sure how much but he sings some parts of it, or atleast does some overdubs. Ok i don't know by this point, probalby Paul tho

Actually, I thought about it a bit more and I think it's possible. Not at all likely, but possible. Actually they were both great impressionists, but I think it would have been easier for Paul to imitate John than the other way around.

It's POSSIBLE, but yeah i'm not so sure it actually happened. MAYBE be just did some small overdubs if Paul wasn't available?
