The differences you see between the pairs are exactly the differences most of us first notice when we see these celebrities who seem slightly "off" and "not quite right". Then you begin to notice that the changed celebrity doesn't seem to have the talent (singing, comedic, acting) ability her or she formerly had...
Nowadays they're just getting sloppy with the dopplegangers. Anyone see Eminem lately? Its hard to see him live since they only seem to take out to do promotional duties every blue moon now. And even then he's kept at a suspicious distance.

^The Feminem "not playing live" issue is only after what one of the homeboys of Everlast did to her on stage during the final legs of the "up in smoke" tour ... he (and Everlast, and crew [including myself]) all bum-rushed the stage when he tried to do the song "Quitter" ... and Everlast ended Feminem's set with "Whitey's Revenge" instead. Feminem completely shit himself, and then come out a few months later with paranoid, and with an addiction to painkillers.

I suppose that's a lot different than getting verbally dissed by Moby in an interview...

I am not into femininem, but I notice other celebs who are not quite right, and the list is endless, but to name a few who seem off are ones like Nicole Kidman, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Aniston, Brooke Shields, Nicolas Cage, the list goes on....

There used to be a show on of all things, the TV Guide channel called "Look alike" and they would get these people who looked like celebs and there was a make up and hair crew to give them make overs to look more like the stars and have their pictures taken. Perhaps an avenue to recruit their celeb replacements.
