20 years old and you are nowhere closer to the truth than when you started. In fact "Paul is dead" is no closer to the truth than when the story first emerged nearly 52 years ago in 1969. I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
If there's one thing I like more than solving mysteries it's learning new things, and what I've learned about the PID phenomenon is that it started as a mystery and there are people discussing it who ensure that it remains a mystery. Their disingenuousness reveals itself when presented with pictures of Faul prior to the 66 crash, which is about 90% of all pictures including all the album covers after With The Beatles.
For me PID is three years old and I solved the mystery in months - not only that, but I have discovered dozens more doppelgänger replacements and solved those mysteries too. As I said I like learning things and I have learned that their is a blind spot in human nature that will not allow the vast majority of individuals to understand that a replacement has even taken place, and if they do, not be able to talk about it or share it with others. The closest many will come is to choose an off-the-peg conspiracy theory to describe what they have witnessed, like "Paul is dead" or "clones"
What I'd like to ask members of this forum who are trying to keep "PID" a mystery is what do you expect revelation to look like? Where is the source of revelation? Why do you feel they will reveal the truth about The Beatles when they have replaced so many more stars with lookalikes in the years since? I'm afraid if you can't repeat a truth that is glaring you in the face about something that happened over 50 years ago then you're going to have to take your mysteries to the grave.
