one HUGE problem with the 'Sylvie' theory is its place of origin. I dunno, I thought Abbey Road was a pretty good album.

Sylvie was the only woman in the 60's that wore a short blue dress

All kidding aside, the folks at M4E and MFH would say exactly the same thing about Paul that you said about Sylvie...and would dismiss the suggestion that PID/PWR. Millions of $ or not... Ya... who cares what those rabid Macca fans think. Like they say..."love is blind". And one would have to be blind in order to view the late 66 Africa footage & think that's the same guy that was in Help!.

You forgot sleeveless. It was iconic to her, like the diasy. When the Batles ripoff albums had kids or silhouettes of moptops and too-tight suits, it was meant to evoke the Beatles. Same principle. There's your Polythene Pam right there...
Feel free to to believe one or all of Lennon's three contradictory stories about who Pam was if it makes you feel better, though.

no need to get snippy TI To be honest I don't really care if a two-bit french singer was replaced. It has no bearing on PID - and there is absolutely nothing of intelligence at all to support this theory.

The girl on the back of Abbey Road could simply be a clue that Sylvie was replaced as was Paul. She certainly looks different in the 70's pics than the early pics with the Beatles. The Beatles may not have referred to her in songs and clues if she wasn't somehow related to PID. There is always that possibility. I, for one, would like to learn more about it.
