Alot of pics I haven't seen before. Just shows how JPM's death affected the others in their own looks, aged, stressed, grief stricken,drugs....
Not the same boys on Ed Sullivan...not saying they are replacements, just saying the way it affected their looks... quite disturbing...what trauma does to a person.

So many photos I've never even seen! Thanks a million, brotherdave! Sgt. Pepper session pics of the Beatles are a bit hard to come by. Where'd you get all these? Alot of pics I haven't seen before. Just shows how JPM's death affected the others in their own looks, aged, stressed, grief stricken,drugs.... Not the same boys on Ed Sullivan...not saying they are replacements, just saying the way it affected their looks... quite disturbing...what trauma does to a person. I beg to differ. How could George Harrison and John Lennon write songs as cheerful as "It's All Too Much" and "Baby You're a Rich Man" if they were grief stricked and depressed? Of course one is saddened by the loss of a great friend, but you get over it enough that your grief won't be showing in photos taken 4-6 months after the death of said friend. I'll never understand why people like paint a romanticized picture of the Liverpool boys "struggling" to accept Paul's death and subsequent replacement. The Beatles were bastards...they had to keep it going because it payed bills, got them any woman they wanted, etc. Actual John Lennon quote: "... Big bastards that's what the Beatles were. You have to be a bastard to make it, and that's a fact. The Beatles were the biggest bastards on Earth." In my opinion, there's just no escaping the fact that 5 months after the fact they couldn't have been living in such a big world of pain and still be able to write fairly cheerful music. Paul himself would've wanted them to go on without him, besides....

Hey Holes,
Your fever must be worse than you say. Anne Murray couldn't have looked that good even with Faul's plastic surgeons.
That looks like Layla to me - Patti Boyd Harrison.

I beg to differ. How could George Harrison and John Lennon write songs as cheerful as "It's All Too Much" and "Baby You're a Rich Man" Are you being sarcastic? It's All Too Much and Baby You're A Rich man were not exactly cheerful? But you're entitled to your opinion on moving on with their lives...but as for these songs seemed more reflective and John's sarcastic wit with Baby You're A Rich Man... Just my opinion, not trying to cause some debate...
