www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bJBLNHZg6QHe talks about Paul's "Coming Up" He says ... "I know what they mean they want to hear the REAL guy singing, but I like the fakey one" That's what I could get from it... sounded like 'freaky' to me. as in 'i like the freaky one' "i liked the freaky version that he made in his barn better than that live glasgow one, you see? ... yeah, i know what they mean - they wanna hear the real guy singing - but i like the freaky one"

thanks, B. but it was Iameye who started this thread and put me on the trail. i really had no idea about any of this until now - at least not in a biblical or christian sense.. i'm amazed. a lot of disparate ideas and theories just clicked when i read that.. totally shell-shocked lol yet my father had apparently been taught all of this in the course of training to become a catholic priest (which he subsequently abandoned to start a family)!?!?? i guess thats the 'esoteric' side of christianity? why don't they just tell us this from the very beginning?? the bible as a history of the mind rather than a history of a race is FAR more believable... well, personally it seems that way. although i guess its not as conducive to population control lol theres something about this that makes me feel theres someone on my shoulder going "good lord, FINALLY!! well done boyo *slow clap*" woof woof "thats it man, ya got it - great!!"

well i feel like a bit of a bastard posting only the link, but i haven't read far enough to ascertain which bits might be relevant, and its far too long to post in its entirety - but the whole damn thing looks very - very - interesting. www.mirrorandart.com/cont/revelation.htmlok, here's the intro: Summary of the book I and II “A scientific discovery made in Philo of Alexandria and Rudolph Steiner´s works reveal that the Logos of the Gospel of St. John 1:1, is the Divine faculty of reasoning of the human intelligence that was glorified with a mirror that allows to see in the works of art, the invisible images of the world of the mind” (Rom.1:20). It was discovered that the Bible is the history of John Baptist’s mind and the genesis of this invisible psyche world can be seen with a mirror. Philo reveals that this painting by Da Vinci keeps the secret of the creation of Matthew13:35 and Eph.5:21-33 A scientific investigation discovered that Philo of Alexandria´s works are not theological-philosophical treaties from the 1st century, but advanced studies about experimental psychology of consciousness done in the 19th century which explains the mind function and warn that Biblical patriarchs are not human beings but virtues acquired by human intelligence through instruction which allow it to progress until reaching the Divine gift of reasoning identified with Christ. Philo reveals that this faculty of reasoning is the Divine Logos mentioned in the Gospel according to Saint John, the Christ that John Baptist points out as the mirror of intelligence that allows to see the thoughts of the soul inside his mind. The mirror shows, just like Philo reveals, that the creation of Adam and Eve is the genesis of John Baptist’s soul, formed by intelligence without reason and his sensitivity, fallen into vicious and corporal passion. This John’s soul is the one that resuscitates from that deadly sin which is ignorance (Biblical death) when he receives Christ s light through the saint spirit baptism of the instruction.

"Technically empty" ?? Whattaya mean, Iameye? There are a bunch of cars in that lot. in the book, it all was a vacuum of isolation. No other cars in the lot. i think the point johnny53 was trying to make was that kubrick had literally reversed, reflected or inverted as many aspects of the story as he could. where there were no cars, there is now an abundance whereas it was a red beetle, it is now yellow whereas before the overlook possessed its guests, now the guests are just very receptive to the building's history due to their abilities to a greater or lesser extent to shine, resulting in the visions (if i am to assume correctly). and so on and so on...

so i read what paulumbo wrote about "DERAM" ... and looked at the cover posted on the thread, and it says "CASTLE" .. so i google it and it looks to me as if castle released the CD version, with the cover as shown in earlier posts.. but what i found most interesting was the difference in design between the "DERAM" LP version and the "CASTLE" CD version: more doubles ;D There's not much difference (that I can see) between the two except - on Deram he's holding up one finger, Castle it's two. The colour balance has been slightly altered. a-ha! that larger version is much better. notice that the difference isn't necessarily between 'castle' and 'deram' but between the two different pictures on the original 'deram' cover 1 finger for the top pic, 2 fingers for the bottom. i wish there was a better quality version we could examine - google didn't yield very much for me

or any 'notable' modern music?
there are a hell of a lot of studios in the world, they can't all be owned by the man
