More Panic In the Disco: "London Beckoned Songs About Money Written By Machines" Stop stalling, make a name for yourself. Boy you better put that pen to paper, charm your way out. If you talk you better walk you better back your shit up With more than good hooks while you're all under the gun Start talking "a sensationalist" Oh he's slightly clever to just a certain extent If you talk you better walk you better keep your mouth shut With more than good hooks while you're all under the gun (Panic!: meet the press) It's time for us to take a chance It's time for us to take a chance (Panic!: meet the press) It's time for us to take a chance It's time for us... Well we're just a wet dream for the webzine, Make us it, make us hip, make us scene Or shrug us off your shoulders Don't approve a single word that we wrote Well we're just a wet dream for the webzine, Make us it, make us hip, make us scene Or shrug us off your shoulders Don't approve a single word that we wrote I'm burning and I'm blacking my lungs Boy you know it feels good with fire back on your tongue If you talk you better walk you better back your shit up With more than good hooks while you're all under the gun Start talking "a sensationalist" Oh he's slightly clever to just a certain extent Well keep quiet let us sing like the doves Then decide if it's done with purpose or lack thereof. Just for the record, The weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of: A. Indifference or B. Disinterest in what the critics say It's time for us to take a chance It's time for us... Well we're just a wet dream for the webzine, Make us it, make us hip, make us scene Or shrug us off your shoulders Don't approve a single word that we wrote Well we're just a wet dream for the webzine, Make us it, make us hip, make us scene Or shrug us off your shoulders Don't approve a single word that we wrote Just for the record, The weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of: A. Indifference or B. Disinterest in what the critics say Sounds like something that John Winston would say/write ! Speaking of John Winston, could this be written about what happened to him after Paul died "Nails For Breakfast, Tacks For Snacks" Watch your mouth Oh, oh, oh Because your speech is slurred enough That you just might swallow your tongue I'm sure you'd want, want to give up the ghost With just a little more poise than that Or was it God who chokes In these situations, running late? No, no, he called in Or was it God who chokes In these situations, running late? No, no, he called in The hospice is A relaxing weekend getaway Where you're a cut above all the rest Sick and sad patients On first name basis with all the top physicians Prescribed pills To offset the shakes To offset the pills You know you should take It a day at a time That's when you stu-stu-stutter something profound To the support on the line And with the way you've been talking Every word gets you a step closer to hell That's when you stu-stu-stutter something profound To the support on the line And with the way you've been talking Every word gets you a step closer to hell Prescribed pills To offset the shakes To offset the pills You know you should take It a day at a time Prescribed pills To offset the shakes To offset the pills You know you should take It a day at a time I am Alone in this bed, house, and head And she never fixes this But at least she... I think maybe I should contact these guys & see if they'll write a song about PID ! ;D PANIC AT THE DISCO BIOGRAPHY: Just barely out of high school, emo-pop outfit Panic! at the Disco burst out of suburban Las Vegas in 2005 with their full-length debut, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. Taking their name from a line in Name Taken's "Panic," the group materialized when friends Spencer Smith (drums) and Ryan Ross (guitar) grew tired of covering blink-182 tunes together and thus recruited classmates Brendon Urie (guitar/vocals) and Brent Wilson (bass) to complete the quartet. Crafting pop-influenced songs with theatrical touches, quirky techno beats, and perceptive lyrics, Panic! at the Disco posted some demos online and soon caught the attention of Decaydance, the Fueled by Ramen imprint headed by Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz. Even though the band had yet to play a live show, they subsequently became the first band signed to the label. With their record issued in September 2005, the guys hit the road that fall on the successful Nintendo Fusion Tour alongside Fall Out Boy, Motion City Soundtrack, Boys Night Out, and the Starting Line. As their single "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" found its way into TRL hearts (and the Top 40) by the early months of 2006, the band kept the momentum going on the road with the Academy Is..., Acceptance, and Hellogoodbye. Proving to be a popular lineup, the tour consistently sold out venues across the country. Wilson was fired from the group mid-year; Panic! pressed on with their friend Jon Walker on board for a full summer of headlining dates around the country that culminated with appearances in Chicago at Lollapalooza and overseas at the U.K.'s Reading and Leeds festivals. Their second single from Fever, "The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide Is Press Coverage," also began making waves on radio and TV, as the guys picked up Video of the Year at MTV's yearly VMA ceremony, beating out heavy hitters like Madonna and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. A collector's boxset version of Fever, full of random Panic paraphernalia and a DVD, came out just in time for the 2006 holiday season. ~ Corey Apar, All Music Guide www.vh1.com/artists/az/panic_at_the_disco/bio.jhtml

Mommybird wrote: "After his recovery, he issued the despairing single "Noir, C'est Noir" as a commentary on his near-tragedy.***** Someone needs to get the lyrics to that single & translate them to English."That was done at TKIN. Perhaps someone who is a member there can do a search and post that. Their search engine isn't available to non-members. Or you could put in a request to Total Information, who referenced the song title in one of his posts. Noir, C'est Noir is the French version of Black Is Black, or vice versa, whichever was written first.
Of course, it doesn't translate perfectly word for word, but it's basically the same thing.
Black is black I want my baby back It's gray, it's gray Since she went away, Ooh-Ooh What can I do 'Cause I-I-I-I-I'm feelin' blue
If I had my way She'd be back today But she don't intend To see me again, Ooh-Ooh What can I do 'Cause I-I-I-I-I'm feelin' blue
I can't choose It's too much to lose My love's too strong Wow! Maybe if she would come back to me Then it can't go wrong
Bad is bad That I feel so sad It's time, it's time That I found peace of mind, Ooh-Ooh What can I do 'Cause I-I-I-I-I'm feelin' blue
I can't choose It's too much to lose My love's too strong Wow! Maybe if she would come back to me Then it can't go wrong
Black is black I want my baby back It's gray, it's gray Since she went away, Ooh-Ooh What can I do 'Cause I-I-I-I-I'm feelin' blue.....,
I parlez-vous a little, my translation won't be perfect, but accurate enough...
Black is black there is no more hope yes, grey is grey and it's finished, (over, ended) oh oh oh oh i'm going crazy, I believed in your love and I've lost everything I'm in the dark (black) it hurts to believe the grey of longing I scream for you I will do anything to save our love all the way to the end if one word could change anything, I will find it must not doubt anymore, must try black is black, it's never too late For me, I want no more grey in my life, oh oh going crazy to have lost your love I confess to you I'm ready to save everything at the moment of truth, why doubt Black is black, there is hope for me yes, grey is grey, no more longing it's worth a shot to save our love just for us to save our love just for us.
I can tell you this: it's a LOT better than the online translators! ;D

Talking Heads 77 ------------------------------------- Uh-oh, Love Comes to Town -------------------------------------
Wait, wait for the moment to come Stand up, stand up and take my hand Believe, believe in mystery Love love love love is simple as 1-2-3
I'm a know-it-all, I'm smartest man around That's right, you learn real fast through the smartest girl in town Here come a riddle, here come a clue If you were really smart, you'd know what to do When...
Jump back, sit back, get back, relax It's ok I've called in sick I won't go to Work today I'd rather be with the One I love I neglect my duties, I be in trouble but
I've been to college, I've been to school I've met the people that you read about in books Here come a riddle, here come a clue If you were really smart you'd know what to do when I say Jet pilot gone out of control, ship captain on the ground Stock broker make a bad investment when love has come to town
Where, where is my common sense? How...did I get in a jam like this? Believe, I believe in mystery Love, love love love is simple as 1-2-3
Here come a riddle, here come a clue If you were really smart, you'd know what to do when I say Why am I going out of my head, whenever you're around? The answer is obvious, love has come to town
The clues in the song have been discussed here a number of times. I may add comments later.

I don't usually post non-Beatle stuff, but...
Here are some possibly relevant lyrics from Kevin Gilbert, who co-wrote and played on most of the songs on Sheryl Crow(e)'s debut smash. Kev produced for notables such as Keith Emerson, Tina Turner, and Suzanna Hoffs. He was an industry insider, who knew and worked with lots of people, and was in a position to know things.
He was good friends with Julian Lennon.
In 1996, Kevin was found dead on his bed, in a black skirt with a black hood over his head and a belt around his neck. Foul play was never considered...
Waiting - Kevin Gilbert (Thud)
I'm waiting for the apple, I'm waiting for the fall I'm waiting for a renaissance to electrify us all I'm waiting for the mailman to bring me news of friends I'm waiting through the middle just to see how it will end How it will end
I'm waiting for love to come I'm waiting for you to run I'm waiting for wonder to return
I'm waiting for the confidential files to be released I'm waiting for the index on my fear to be increased I'm waiting for the judgment of the living and the dead I'm waiting for the Pagan times that surely are ahead I'm waiting for the show to start, the one I paid to see I'm waiting for the good things that are coming back to me Are coming back to me
I'm waiting for love to come I'm waiting for you to run I'm waiting for wonder to return
I'm waiting for the man made gods to do the will of men I'm waiting for the CIA to cover up again I'm waiting for the militants to lighten up a bit I'm waiting for the mafia to make this song a hit
I'm waiting in the shadows with a chain around my wrist I'm waiting with my best friend held firmly in my fist I'm waiting for my heroes to tell me what to dream I'm waiting for my neighbors to tell me what's obscene I'm waiting for the apple, I'm waiting for the fall I'm waiting for a renaissance to electrify us all
I'm waiting for love to come I'm waiting for you to run I'm waiting for wonder to return
----
When You Give Your Love To Me - Kevin Gilbert (Thud)
I've been thinking about this for the last three days I don't think that I'm deluding myself I don't think that this is just a phase And I don't mean to shock you I hope that I'm not rushing in But I think that this is kinda important And I don't know exactly where to begin
My whole life has been a constant ailment You can provide a simple remedy Yeah, I'm gonna show some vast improvement When you give your love to me
And you can trust that I'm a worthy recipient And be assured I'll act responsibly I'll treat it like a work of rare and priceless art When you give your love to me
So hows about it girlfriend? Am I gonna have to twist your arm? Perhaps it's not the most original concept But it has a kind of timeless charm
You'll have the little birds flying all around your head And you'll gaze at me dreamily Yeah, the whole world's gonna smile and wave When you give your love to me
And I will write you a hundred sonnets Every word will rhyme easily And all your friends will be genuinely supportive When you give your love to me
I'm sick of hearing about sadness I'm sick of violent crime I'm sick of angry militant lesbian feminists I'm sick of imperfect rhyme
I've always heard that we should love one another And what a fine example we would be Maybe we can start a trend or something When you give your love to me
And maybe we can get our friends together And they'll all get along famously I think that everyone will feel much better When you give your love to me
There'll be global peace and religious tolerance All men as brothers in a world that's free There'll be a perfect cosmic harmonic convergence When you give your love to me

www.teenagewildlife.com/Albums/HD/TBB.htmlBewlay Brothers David Bowie See it/hear it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUqMwFKXAI0And so the story goes they wore the clothes They said the things to make it seem improbable The whale of a lie like they hope it was And the Goodmen Tomorrow Had their feet in the wallow And their heads of Brawn were nicer shorn And how they bought their positions with saccharin and trust And the world was asleep to our latent fuss Sighing, the swirl through the streets Like the crust of the sun The Bewlay Brothers In our Wings that Bark Flashing teeth of Brass Standing tall in the dark Oh, And we were Gone Hanging out with your Dwarf Men We were so turned on By your lack of conclusions I was Stone and he was Wax So he could scream, and still relax, unbelievable And we frightened the small children away And our talk was old and dust would flow Thru our veins and Lo! it was midnight Back o' the kitchen door Like the grim face on the Cathedral floor And the solid book we wrote Cannot be found today And it was Stalking time for the Moonboys The Bewlay Brothers With our backs on the arch In the Devil-may-be-here But He can't sing about that Oh, And we were Gone Real Cool Traders We were so Turned On You thought we were Fakers Now the dress is hung, the ticket pawned The Factor Max that proved the fact Is melted down And woven on the edging of my pillow Now my Brother lays upon the Rocks He could be dead, He could be not He could be You He's Chameleon, Comedian, Corinthian and Caricature "Shooting-up Pie-in-the-Sky" The Bewlay Brothers In the feeble and the Bad The Bewlay Brothers In the Blessed and Cold In the Crutch-hungry Dark Was where we flayed our Mark Oh, and we were Gone Kings of Oblivion We were so Turned On In the Mind-Warp Pavilion Lay me place and bake me Pie I'm starving for me Gravy Leave my shoes, and door unlocked I might just slip away Just for the Day, Hey! Please come Away, Hey! (repeat ad inf.) This song was posted at TKIN as a suspect PID/PWR song by someone. I'd be curious where the name "Bewlay" came from. Could that actually be the name of the "brothers Faul"? The song appears to be full of references to people, so, for example, "Gravy" might be a reference to Woodstock master of ceremonies "Wavey Gravy" etc. There's something going on here, but I don't quite know what it is... From the notes accompanying the song at YouTube:"The Bewlay Brothers" is a song written by David Bowie in 1971 for the album Hunky Dory. The last song written and recorded on Hunky Dory, this ballad has been described as "probably Bowie's densest and most impenetrable song". The composer himself supposedly told producer Ken Scott that it was a track for the American market, because "the Americans always like to read things into things", even though the lyrics "make absolutely no sense". Bowie named his publishing company in the late 1970s Bewlay Bros. Music and used the name as a pseudonym for himself, Iggy Pop and Colin Thurston as producers of Pop's 1977 album Lust for Life."

I have photos of Faul with Bowie from the time of Bowie's Serious Moonlight tour, 1980. I think that Life on Mars is also from the Honky Dory album. That has been pegged as a PID song, so that puts his involvement with the whole thing back to at least 1970/71. Verrryyyy interesting !!!! Bowie wasn't kidding when he said that about writing lyrics that make no sense. He was kinda known for doing that...

Got-a Get Up Harry Nilsson
Got-a get up got-a get out got-a get home before the morning comes What if I’m late got a big day got-a get home before the sun comes up Up and away got-a big day sorry can’t stay I got-a run, run yeah Got-a get home pick up the phone got-a let the people know I’m gonna be late
There was a time when we could dance until a quarter to ten We never thought it would end then We never thought it would end We used to carry on and drink and do the rock and roll We never thought we’d get older We never thought we’d grow cold
But now, got-a get up got-a get out got-a get home before the morning comes What if I’m late got a big day got-a get home before the sun comes up Up and away got-a big day sorry can’t stay I got-a run, run yeah Got-a get home pick up the phone got-a let the people know I’m gonna be late
Down by the sea she knew a sailor who had been to war She never even knew a sailor before She didn’t even knew his name He’d come to town and he would pound it for a couple of days And then he’d sail across the bubbly ways And those were happier days
Unfortunately, there's no YouTube version of this song. It speeds up at the end, going faster and faster, implying that the person singing it is in a merry-go-round pattern of running off to see his girl friend during the night and then trying to get into work on time in the morning. Apollo C Vermouth once referenced the song as possibly having a significance. I believe this song may describe one of the 'Paul's" habits, and suggests that he burned out from the effort. This might be the one who ended up institutionalized.

This song came out in 1971, just a year and a few months after the PID wave had hit the country in October 1969. YouTuber "Beatleologist" says of this song: "The song was referencing the ill-fated Wichita State Football teams' plane crash, which occurred on October 2, 1970 as they were on route to a game in Utah." I do recall that being said at the time, but given the musical suggestions that Paul or other Beatles may at one time have been in a plane that was shot out of the sky, I have to wonder if the actual inspiration for the song came from that. The song certainly creeped out a lot of people when it came out! D.O.A.BloodrockLaying here looking at the ceiling Someone lays a sheet across my chest Something warm is flowing down my fingers Pain is flowing all through my back I try to move my arm and there's no feeling And when I look I see there's nothing there The face beside me stopped it totally bleeding The girl I knew has such a distant stare I remember We were flying low and hit something in the air I remember We were flying low and hit something in the air Then I looked straight at the attendant His face is pale as it can be He bends and whispers something softly He says there's no chance for me I remember We were flying low and hit something in the air I remember We were flying low and hit something in the air Life is flowing out my body Pain is flowing out with my blood The sheets are red and moist where I'm lying God in Heaven, teach me how to die I remember We were flying low and hit something in the air I remember We were flying low and hit something in the air..... The DOA lyrics by Bloodrock remind me of these from the Rolling Stones: Hear it: Marianne Faithfull: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jN4nh4OYCr0Rolling Stones: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqRbtSl0Yi8 (barely audible) Sister Morphine (m. jagger/k. richards/m. faithfull) Here I lie in my hospital bed Tell me, sister morphine, when are you coming round again? Oh, I dont think I can wait that long Oh, you see that Im not that strong The scream of the ambulance is sounding in my ears Tell me, sister morphine, how long have I been lying here? What am I doing in this place? Why does the doctor have no face? Oh, I cant crawl across the floor Ah, cant you see, sister morphine, Im trying to score Well it just goes to show Things are not what they seem Please, sister morphine, turn my nightmares into dreams Oh, cant you see Im fading fast? And that this shot will be my last Sweet cousin cocaine, lay your cool cool hand on my head Ah, come on, sister morphine, you better make up my bed cause you know and I know in the morning Ill be dead Yeah, and you can sit around, yeah and you can watch all the Clean white sheets stained red. --------------- I don't know if there's a PID/PWR connection here or not....

LB, next time you see him, say hi for me ! ;D GN wrote: I found a website with rare photos of The Beatles during their 1966 concert in Seattle, Wa. Here they are: members.tripod.com/VeraChucknDave/Beatles.htmI found a transcription of The Beatles press conference in Seattle, Wa. 8/25/66: ABOUT THIS INTERVIEW: The Beatles flew from New York to Seattle on the morning of August 25th 1966, performing an afternoon and evening show at Seattle Coliseum. The following press conference was held at the Edgewater Inn before the afternoon show. The Beatles were asked about their songwriting and musical evolution, Jane Asher, sitars, and plans for their next movie. Following the press conference, each of the group were presented official certificates designating them honorary citizens of the state of Washington. From here the Beatles tour flew to southern California, taking two days off in Beverly Hills leading up to their concert at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. - Jay Spangler, Beatles Ultimate Experience -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- M.C: "Can we have the first question, please." Q: "I'd like to address a question to Paul McCartney. Would you confirm or deny the report of your marriage to Jane Asher in Seattle this evening?" PAUL: (jokingly) "It's tonight, yeah." Q: "What time and where?" PAUL: "Tonight-- I can't tell you that, now can I?" (laughter) PAUL: "I couldn't tell ya... it's a secret." GEORGE: "OK, it's a secret. We don't want all the people there, do we?" Q: "You are confirming the report?" PAUL: "No, not really. It was... it's a joke. Who started this? Anyone know? Does anyone know? I just got in today and found out I was getting married tonight. No, she is not coming in tonight as far as I know." GEORGE: "And if she does, we are going out tonight anyway... so we'll miss her." PAUL: (laughs) (laughter) Q: "I'd like to direct this to any of the Beatles. Do you believe that you represent a different type of morality-- or a new type of morality-- than, say, the 'Rolling Stones' or the protest groups?" JOHN: "Are they a protest group? Since when?" Q: "No. 'OR a protest group.'" PAUL: "OR a protest group! No. We don't represent anything like that. It's the 'Cyrkle' that do that." (laughter) PAUL: "'Turn Down Day.' I think you've heard that one, haven't you! Folk song!" Q: "I'd like to ask John Lennon a question-- I hope I get a chance to ask him a second one. This is sort of double-barreled. I'd like to know your motivation in this. Money? I'd like to think it's enjoyment, and I'd like to think you're having as much fun as you seem to be when you're doing it." JOHN: "Well, when I look as though I'm having fun-- I am, you know. When I'm not-- I'm not, usually. So it varies." Q: "Do I get another chance? One more chance? I have this little prediction that in 25 years you're going to be a great writer. I'd like to talk to you about it sometime." JOHN: "Well, I mean, we're between 25 years then." Q: "I'll make you a date." JOHN: "OK." GEORGE: "See ya, Penny Lane." Q: "I'd like to address this question to anybody in the group. What about the next movie? --heard alot of stories --nothing's confirmed. Has there been anything decided?" PAUL: "Nothing." GEORGE: "Somebody gave us a good idea, so we told him to go and write it into a script. So we won't really be able to tell if we're gonna make the film until we've read the script. And as he hasn't finished the script, we haven't read the script-- so we won't know yet until about Christmas, maybe. But if it is a good one and we like it, we'll probably start it 'round about January, February, or March... or December." Q: "I have three questions, if I can. For one-- Do you think the audience that your music attracts has changed from say the thirteen and fourteen year old girls to more of the college age, and if so, do you like it better that way?" PAUL: "Uhh, I think it's probably got a bit older. I don't know how old. And it's nice." Q: "Did you intend it that way?" PAUL: "No. We don't intend anything, you know. That's the trouble." (laughs) JOHN: "It all happens..." Q: "Also, Paul-- Since your rumors were denied, then what are you doing after the show?" (laughter) PAUL: "I don't know... marrying you, probably!" (laughter) Q: "How are the attendance on this tour compared to past American tours?" PAUL: "It's been... apparently been more at the shows than there were last time." Q: "Do you think that the so-called adverse publicity hurt or helped in this?" PAUL: "No idea, you know. We haven't been able to tell really because we... You know, the press keeps saying, 'I see it's hurt you.' And our managers keep saying it hasn't. So, you know, who do we believe?" Q: "John and Paul, I'd like to know if all the songs that are said to be written by Lennon and McCartney are always written by both of you, or do you ever do one all by yourself?" JOHN: (jokingly, to Paul) "Don't they buy 'Datebook'?" PAUL: "No, we do them seperately and together." Q: "Your music used to be mostly composed of guitar backgrounds, and recently you've come around to strings and harpsichords and alot of weird things like that. Is there any purpose in this evolution?" PAUL: "Yeah." JOHN: (at same time as Paul) "No." PAUL: (laughs) GEORGE: "Just to use something else besides guitars." PAUL: "And because those things aren't... it's not necessarily sort of 'coming around to them' you know, like we're giving-in to 'em. It's finding them again." Q: (dressed as a 'Jolly Green Giant') "I don't know if there is a Jolly Green Giant in England, fellows, but I come with good wishes from Vancouver. You played there a short while ago. And we were wondering whether you are coming back to Vancouver." PAUL: "Maybe. Brian decides where we go. So, maybe." Q: "All the people in Vancouver wanted to wish John a happy 4th anniversary a few days ago, John." JOHN: "Thank you. Well, you thank them... Jolly Green Giant." (laughter) Q: "...and a question. George, where do you get your sitars?" GEORGE: "Where do I get them? Or where do people generally get them?" Q: "Where can people generally get a sitar?" GEORGE: "India." (laughter) Q: "Paul, before, you said that there were some songs that you 'have to' write. Could you explain what you mean by 'have to' write?" PAUL: "Hmmm. No see, I just said that in passing. I just meant that there was an LP due. And when an LP is due we write songs, you know. We do it like that more than write all the time. We don't write all the time. We write more 'to order.' LB, next time you see him, say hi for me ! ;D GN wrote: I found a website with rare photos of The Beatles during their 1966 concert in Seattle, Wa. - Jay Spangler, Beatles Ultimate Experience -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- M.C: "Can we have the first question, please." Q: "John, could you please tell me something about your new movie, 'How I Won The War'?" JOHN: "Oh, I don't know anything about it except for I'm in it, and it's about the last world war." Q: "I'd like to address a question to Paul McCartney. No, she is not coming in tonight as far as I know." GEORGE: "And if she does, we are going out tonight anyway... so we'll miss her." I've found the image above a little stretched (see George head too) but at Seattle it was Paul. Btw I don't see George and John (Ringo was already replaced at least from one year before) until Beatles very last photo session (that about "Hey Jude" LP). It's me or... Was the White Album made only by doubles?

Thanks for that skyward. It moved me. Obsession with matter, instead of what matters. Focusing on the number, instead of what's numb. -j

Im not expecting people anymore. Hear me grieving, Im lying on the floor. Whether Im drunk or dead I really aint too sure. Im a blind man, Im a blind man and my world is pale. When a blind man cries, lord, you know there aint no sadder tale. Had a friend once in a room, Had a good time but it ended much too soon. In a cold month in that room We found a reason for the things we had to do. Im a blind man, Im a blind man, now my room is cold. When a blind man cries, lord, you know he feels it from his soul. There are some suggestions that Paul may have developed blindness. Note the cover of "Revolver" - Eyes emphasized on the front drawing; white (light); back side: dark, everyone wearing dark glasses like blind people do. "Jenny Wren"And is there a connection here? Child In Time (Deep Purple) hear it:www.youtube.com/watch?v=1KnTAdfdcWI&NR=1Sweet child in time you'll see the line The line that's drawn between the good and the bad. See the blind man shooting at the world Bullets flying taking toll If you feel bad, Lord I bet you have And you've not been hit by flying lead You'd better close your eyes and bow your head And wait for the ricochet.
