I was thinking of the "Son of the Magician" tag in the RA series. Then I got to thinking about the name "Grandfather Aleister". And Jenny Crowley, Apple secretary.. One big happy family! So I wondered if Paul or Faul could actually be literally the son of the magician, Crowley. I had no idea whether Crowley had any children who had survived, so I was reading through his Wikipedia page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleister_Crowley , and I marvelled at all the references to Beatle material. It wasn't labelled as such, of course, but there it was, right before my eyes! Take a look! "Aleister's wife Rose started to behave in an odd way, and this led Aleister to think that some entity had made contact with her." Hmmm. Rose. Like in "Red Rose Speedway", the album by Faul. "The voice claimed to be that of Aiwass (or Aiwaz) "the minister of Hoor-paar-kraat", or Horus, the god of force and fire, child of Isis and Osiris ...." So Faul, sitting in front of the "I you was", or "I was" sign, is declaring himself to be Aiwass, the spokesman for the fire god, Horus, making him "the fireman". "Rose and Aleister had a daughter, whom Crowley named Nicole Ma Ahathoor Hecate Sappho Jezebel Lilith Crowley, in July 1904. This child died in 1906, during the two and a half months when Crowley had left her..." No you're not! said Little Nicole. "They had another daughter, Lola Zaza, in the summer of that year...." L-O-L-A, Lola. Girls will be boys, and boys will be girls, It's a mixed up, ....world, except for Lola. Obladi, Obladah. A possible link to "Aunt Jesse" here, then? The one who alledgedly filled in for Faul? "At one point, he was expelled from Italy after having established a commune, the organization of which was based on his personal philosophies, the Abbey of Thelema, at Cefalù..." The long and winding road that leads to your door to the door of the Abbey of Thelema the Abbey Road "Crowley began another period of magical work on an island in the Hudson River after buying large amounts of red paint instead of food. Having painted "Do what thou wilt" on the cliffs at both sides of the island, he received gifts from curious visitors. Here at the island he had visions..." Possibly inspiration for the title of David Gilmour album "On an Island". "The general programme was in line with the.... course of training, and included daily adorations to the Sun, a study of Crowley's writings, regular yogic and ritual practices..." Here comes the sun. "However, Patricia "Deirdre" MacAlpine approached Crowley on the day of the verdict and offered to bear him a child, whom he named Aleister Ataturk." I'm not sure what became of this person. "Biographer Lawrence Sutin passes on various stories about Crowley's death and last words. Frieda Harris supposedly reported him saying, "I am perplexed," though she did not see him at the very end. According to John Symonds, a Mr. Rowe witnessed Crowley's death along with a nurse, and reported his last words as "Sometimes I hate myself." Biographer Gerald Suster accepted the version of events he received from a "Mr W.H." who worked at the house, in which Crowley dies pacing in his living room. Supposedly Mr W.H. heard a crash while polishing furniture on the floor below, and entered Crowley's rooms to find him dead on the floor. Patricia "Deirdre" MacAlpine, who visited Crowley with their son and her three other children, denied all this and reports a sudden gust of wind and peal of thunder at the (otherwise quiet) moment of his death. According to MacAlpine, Crowley remained bedridden for the last few days of his life, but was in light spirits and conversational." Thunder is heard in "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey". "One of his most notorious poetry collections, entitled White Stains (1898), was published in Amsterdam in 1898 and dealt specifically with sexually explicit subject matter." "Knights in White Satin" origin, perhaps? "I perceived with preternatural lucidity that I had not alighted on this planet with the object of playing chess." Crowley was a good chess player, but realized it was not his purpose in life. Still, I have to think his fondness for the game was the inspiration for the "Yes" song where-in chess moves are referenced. "In this vein many of Crowley's more audacious and outright shocking writings were often thinly veiled attempts to communicate methods of sexual magick, often using words like "blood", "death" and "kill" to replace "semen", "ecstacy" and "ejaculation" in the yet puritanical sexual environment of late 19th/early 20th century England. It would seem that Mr.Crowley can certainly be accused of having a sick sense of humour." Paul is bloody. 2 notable Crowley works: Alice, an Adultery The Winged Beetle "Every man and every woman is a star" (Liber Al I:3)" Well we all shine on! Crowley/Faul (aka "Lil"?) I am inclined to think that "one and one and one is three" may be saying: Crowley, Faul, and Paul are the trinity of Crowley, who is "so hard to see", as the one pulling the strings. Something like that. "Sir Bodsworth Rugglesby" [Crowley] "the only man who'll ever get to hell and come back alive." It's very likely, imo, that Faul and Paul may be Crowley seed offspring. Meaning the Lily Gray tombstone in Nevada or Utah is Faul's mother's. The victim of the beast. And possibly Rocky Racoon's girl friend, suggesting that Rocky is Crowley. (I'll have to look at what beatlies wrote again.)

Considering the man was involved in Sex Magick, and considering that he has probably had sexual contact with thousands of women, there could be uncountable unidentified mini-crowleys running around. Uh oh, now I'm worried. To build such an elaborate empire around this Faul person, he certainly has to have the right bloodline, born at the right time, dedicated, etc. Those sorts of things are being planned even before birth. It is strange to consider...it is as though this whole huge portion of our society live in a completely different reality than the rest of us. I've noticed there are few people here that have some experience with the occult, or at least knowledge of. Can anyone tell me, what is the deal with being given a scar on your arm or wrist? Do they do this at a very young age and does anyone know the specifics or name of this ceremony?

even more far out ( sorry bro B, but the wife wins this one!) Bettina would be the quiet one, I guess... as for a scar thing, no, never ever heard that, ever Not to downplay these thoughts, Puzzled. It's a least one simulation. I do agree that a "Huge portion of our society live in a completely different reality than the rest of us." very true, but most don't .

Well, you don't have to twist my arm about the Paul/Faul/Crowley angle, but I'm not sure I'm on board with the Pearl Witherington connection (although there IS a resemblance!). I posted this stuff a few months back, but I'm reposting it here, due to it's relevance to this thread. Below are images from Kenneth Anger's LUCIFER RISING, compared with Beatles images. If we assume that Anger was implying that SOMEONE was sacrificed and was reborn as Lucifer, then it's certainly NOT a stretch to carry it one step further to substitute Crowley (the Beast) for Lucifer, so that we have: Paul sacrificed, and Faul begotten as Lucifer (Crowley), or the risen son of Lucifer (Crowley). In the film, the sacrifice seems to begin in a bathtub: In the very next shot of the film, the man in the tub submerges his head, and it's eerily similar to the shot of Paul in the bath on the White Album poster. Here's Paul from the White Album poster: Now, the film has no dialogue, and is very cryptic, so it doesn't come right out and say "This guy in the tub is about to submerge and then emerge as Lucifer", but that's the impression I got. Here we have Eight Arms To Hold You, from Lucifer Rising: Compared to Eight Arms To Hold You, from the SACRIFICE scene in HELP!: Here we have a red-clad wizard in a very "Where's the bus?" type of scene from Lucifer Rising: Compared to "Where's the bus?", from Magical Mystery Tour: Here we have a Magical Mystery Jacket, as worn by the risen Lucifer/Crowley in Lucifer Rising: Compared to the Magical Mystery Tour graphics: LB, I think you should take a look at Lucifer Rising. It's only 28 mins, and it might hold a key for your theory. video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1710883728662460695

I can't understand why this movie isn't already a huge part of the mythos? Or have I missed it?
You know, this whole story line brings us down the road of Faul being the anti-christ, which is not a place I had planned on going. Don't even want to. That sounds so ridiculous that stated out loud will get you a rubber room ticket.
Although, if that was the Devil's plan, then Bravo for the hilarious ending twist in the story.

Speaking of Lucifer... "Nothing Too Much Just Out Of Sight" Lyrics
"Nothing too much just out of sight You say you love me This is true The best thing to do Is to lie down beside me I said I love you Nothing too much just out of sight I said I love you I thought you knew The last thing to do was to try to betray me The NEW MORNING LIGHT I'll never forget it, and that's just out of sight" The remainder is pretty indecipherable.
Until the spoken outro where he rather demonically says:"The last thing to do was to try to betray me" So anyway, you all know the drill by now, but here's a refresher: Venus = the morning star = Lucifer = NEW MORNING LIGHT and apparently THAT'S JUST OUT OF SIGHT A'hem.

Those are obviously the two pillars, yes?

I would guess "obviously" in California, judging from the mountains in the back ground. Akin, no doubt, to the sphinx characters in "The Chariot" card in the Tarot. www.amazon.com/review/product/6303504442/ref=cm_cr_dp_all_helpful?%5Fencoding=UTF8&coliid=&showViewpoints=1&colid=&sortBy=bySubmissionDateDescending"...The liner notes claim that Lucifer Rising (28 minutes) is a film about the love generation - the birthday party of the Aquarian Age that shows actual ceremonies to make Lucifer rise. The film is a surreal chain of images starting with the birth of Isis, the response of Osiris, shots of crocodiles, the pyramids, the sphinx and occult symbols, one bearing the Gnostic words Babalon, Nuit, Lilith. There is also a shot of a swimming tiger. Marianne Faithfull looks gorgeous as Lilith amidst the Egyptian scenery. The conclusion is a sequence of UFO's flying over the Colossi of Memnon, quite a powerful and evocative scene. No dialogue either, but the music is better. The cast includes Miriam Gibril as Isis, Donald Cammell as Osiris, Kenneth Anger as Magus, Sir Francis Rose as Chaos and Leslie Huggins as Lucifer. It is an Anita Pallenberg presentation and the music is by Bobby Beausoleil and the Freedom Orchestra. It was filmed in Luxor, Karnak, Gizeh, Externsteine, London and Avebury. In her autobiography Faithfull (co-written with David Dalton), Marianne Faithfull describes the making of this film in Egypt and at Star Mountain, an ancient neolithic site in Germany: "Smearing myself with Max Factor blood and crawling around an Arab graveyard at 5 o'clock in the morning as the sun rose over the pyramids was absolute insanity." She does not hold Anger in high regard: "... to let someone like that make me perform a ritualistic act of such ghoulish proportions, was just mindless." According to Faithfull, Anger wanted Mick Jagger for the part of Lucifer but when he refused, his brother Chris Jagger was chosen. He was insubordinate, soon quarrelled with Anger and was put on a plane back to London. Kenneth Anger himself took the part. Faithfull's conclusion about the movie is that it is a piece of "kitch occult." True to a certain extent, and in my opinion both movies resemble an extended rock or pop video. Real rating: three and a half stars. " ---------------------------- the first paragraph, relating to "Evocation Of My Demon Brother": "Filmed in San Francisco, the first 11-minute mini-film, Evocation Of My Demon Brother, consists of a series of magical scenes and rituals interspersed with footage of soldiers alighting from a helicopter and occult symbols, over a monotonous synthesizer note played by Mick Jagger. There is no dialogue. The cast includes Kenneth Anger as the Magus, Anton Szandor LaVey as Satan and Bobby Beausoleil as Lucifer." (also relevant)

Ah, thanks. It is
The Colossi of Memnon New Kingdom: 18th Dynasty; Amenophis III's reign: 1391-1353 BCE
According to "them." However, I think they are lying. They claim these two statues, with faces hacked off, are both supposed to be Amenophis III?
These two colossal statues (about 20 meters high) of the deified Amenophis III once flanked the entrance of the first pylon at the pharaoh's mortuary temple. The temple is now completely destroyed, ruined first by flood waters and later cannibalized for its stone. Both statues are damaged as well, lacking their faces and tall royal crowns.
Well, isn't that conveeeeeenient?

Biographical info on Mr. Anger: Kenneth Anger was born in 1930 in Hollywood, where his grandmother was a silent-film wardrobe mistress in the studios. At the age of four, he played the changeling prince in Max Reinhardt's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Later, he danced with Shirley Temple. This early inundation with Hollywood culture started his lifelong fascination with glamor, scandal and stars. When he was seven, he started his filmmaking career with the family's home movie camera. In 1947, at the age of seventeen, he made his prize-winning film, Fireworks, which became one of the classic films of the underground cinema and a source for gay iconography. In 1949, he began Puce Moment, of which only a fragment was completed due to lack of financing. While a teenager, Anger was introduced to and deeply influenced by the work of Aleister Crowley, legendary master of the occult and author of voluminous works on "magick." Anger has said that he means his films "to cast a spell, to be a magical invocation of his fusion of dreams, desire, myth and vision." Fully cognizant of the seductive powers of film, he used film in a ritualistic way, as a magical instrument, to communicate the power and poetry of Thelema, his religion. www.calarts.edu/events/17-nov-2008/eveningkennethangerdangerouscinema

"Most scholars have resigned themselves to the fact that the water caused the erosion to the body of the Sphinx. Geologists agree that Egypt was subject to severe flooding, at the end of the last Ice Age, c. 15,000-10,000 BCE. So, if the erosion was caused by water, the Sphinx must have been carved before Egypt was under water i.e. more than 12,000 years ago. This, in turn, is too radical for scholars to swallow, as they prefer not to change their theory that Khafra (Chephren) built the Sphinx." www.egypt-tehuti.org/sphinx.htmlOther scholars have studied the erosion and have concluded that the damage to the Sphinx appears to have been caused by torrential rain water not meltwater.

I need to learn how to make screen captures to illustrate, but I only have words at the moment. I would like to refer to the scene in "Lucifer Rising" right before the two Collosus sculptures are shown.
The camera is pointing into the sky, and you can see some very light clouds or possibly contrails of white against the blue background. I stopped the video and had my son draw what he could see, as my eyes aren't what they were. He drew a square with one extended line on the left, and a circle with a tail on the right.
As the scene continues, this framework in the sky is lowered down over the two statues, so the circle ends up merging with the statue on the right. The extended line would be coming down over the statue on the left.
Elsewhere someone has posted information about the ankh and its connection to cartouche - so I was thinking maybe there is a message in there somewhere? The circle might indicate female energy vs. the line being male? The two pillars, often shown black/white are also indicative of the pos/neg flow - I really don't know if this fleshes out at all - just thought I'd throw it out on the table.
