I just got a video called "Introducing the Beatles". It's another one of those collections of news footage, lip synch videos, etc, but this is a weird bit.. Set to the music of a medley of songs, a series of stills flash on the screen, some photos, some artistic work. I made stills from what they showed to the music of ADITL. Some of it's rather disturbing, and I apologise, but you have to wonder what someone was trying to say here, and who that "someone" was? Edit: This is called "The Cream of the Beatles", made by Charles Braverman The first 13 below all flashed by to the line "he blew his mind out in a car..he didn't notice that the lights had changed" The callbox, connecting perhaps with that bit from the 1966 Christmas message? The following frames: A crowd of people stood and stared...Is this Bill? Not too clear I know, but it looks like coffins? The two below show JPM in the first frame, Bill in the second IMO. They'd seen his face beforeWeird eh, wonder what paper that's from?

Wow, that's quite a find, JoJo. Could that photo be pre or mid-surgery Bill, or just another look-alike? It seems logical since it directly follows the handshake that might symbolize the deal with the crown or PTB to keep Paul's death a secret. That photo also looks to me vaguely like one of the guys on the Pepperpot cover. Not sure which one, exactly. Another thought: It looks at first like someone sad and crying, but could also be someone just waking up, rubbing the sleep out of their eyes. Perhaps this symbolizes the emergence or "birth" of Bill playing the role of Paul.

Someone posted it on a usenet binaries group, alt.binaries.beatles. (what else) It is a puzzler, because there are a lot of cheap knock off quicky Beatles documentaries out there, just go into any chain video store, you'll see what I mean. I figured this would be the same, full of footage I already have, but needless to say, anything Beatle related gets downloaded. But ya know.. this is different, it's like that 1967 footage I have, it's stuff that was supposed to be kept in the vault, that's my impression. I do remember reading that the original plan for Pepper was to have a music video (prob pychedelic like these) for each song on the album. We may be seeing the beginnings of that idea before it was (of course) dropped. However, here are a few opening stills, I find it hard to believe this was Apple sanctioned for release, although it may have been produced back then, then shelved. The quality is such that it's probably a third or fourth generation copy, someone sneaked it out and hastily copied it?

That's even more revealing, that it was to have been an Apple production. Someone was trying to get the story out. I can see why it was never officially released.
Interesting, it shows a white car with two occupants.
Note the left skeletal index finger is crooked. (wonky finger?)

Those two women are in the back seat of a car, that's pretty clear. The one further away is really horrified, the other one perhaps doesn't fully grasp the gravity of the situation yet. I have to say it...sure looks like a bullet hole there..
The shaking hands, with the thumb of whomever is perhaps the "deal maker" in the form of a snake.. A deal with the devil, pretty loud and clear.

...my wings are broken and so is my hair... could this actually be him? Seems to be the story told in linear fashion. Of course there no way of knowing if this is really Paul, or for that matter if the pic of Paul with his eyes closed is of a dead Paul. I think that pic came up on a thread at TKIN once, but if I'm not mistaken, because it didn't agree with the "animals had eaten his face away", (60IF) it of course was dismissed. The above pic is not of someone who walked away from that accident, whoever it is. Btw, the pics of the credits are set to the tune of "Can You Take Me Back" from the WA, as they go down the road from the persepective of behind the wheel of a car. Looks like out west somewhere.

Charles Braverman: www.imdb.com/name/nm0106015/Look at #23: The Making of 'Beatlemania' (1978) (TV)
OMG scroll down to the bottom: 6-18-67 (1967) (Paul's birthday of course) It just gets weirder and weirder! Gary Rocklen has less about him at IMDB, but he's had a long career as a film editor it would seem: www.imdb.com/name/nm0734280/EDIT: click on the link for that 6-18-67 movie, you get a movie credited to George Lucas. Then, from there click on "1967" and you get a movie again by Lucas called "A Man and His Car" Edit again: I mean scroll down to a man and his car, sorry! This weird sh*t is freakin' me out, lol

Oh my God. I've got chills. My mind is drawing a blank. What picture is this from? He reminds me of this "Paul" impersonator:

I could have sworn I've seen it before, or maybe something close to it. I think my mind must be confusing it with something else, as I've mentally catalogued almost every Beatles picture and movie-still in the two plus years I've been researching this. It's disconcerting though... something about it doesn't read like a candid photo of him clowning around. Am I seeing things, or is that blood? Paul is bloody... Paul is very very bloody...I'll start plunging through my archives and collection to see if I find this photo in a different context.

Holy Shit.. That picture has reduced me to tears and the one of him, hanging out the car. This is all too much! I'm gonna send these to my dad if that's ok. He does photographic restoration and we should be able to get clearer images. Is that cool JoJo?

Heh, no link yet, I downloaded it as a DVD, and so now I'm working on turning it into a vcd, and I'll isolate this short Apple film so no one has to download the whole 2 hours.

There's also a still of a fingerprint and a footprint. Possibly JPM's finger print?
