Never heard of William Campbell - left handed - guitar player, weird that no one ever mentioned this before. I dunno, but the group that might have had a Beatle behind the scenes (whoever that might be) for me is always gonna be Klaatu..

The Beatles made a sly reference to Marmalade in a jam of (coincidentally) Ob-La-Di during the LIB/Get Back sessions. www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/Ob-La-Di_LIB_Sessions.mp3If you want some jam...The final line of the performance is a direct reference to Marmalade's recording which added a reference to jam to the song as a pun on their name. Source: "Get Back - The Unauthorized Chronicle of The Beatles Let It Be Disaster". Interesting, but this theory probably needs more things pointing in the right direction. Credit to the Junior's Farm reference.

It's a compromise.. The problem with them is that both sides are left somewhat dissatisfied, but hopefully with a situation they can come to live with. I'm all about compromising when it's possible.. sorry but that's just me. Also NIR endeavors to be a public service plus the home base for all things PID/PWR/esoteric Beatle ideas. That means it comes to be a community as much as a place for serious discussion.. Which I know annoys the serious discussion only crowd.. but, it's what makes it more of an enjoyable experience IMO.

Has anyone noticed that this section doesn't have the password gateway anymore? OK, so I felt a little sorry for this section, and it was calmer almost to the point of being dead (true enough) so I opened it up again a few days ago.
Ah no, it's really about Mr. IAAP at this point.. IMO.. When he first posted his first video in "clues", it was like he was taking the material (clues) from a few posts here and giving them motion, but now.. it's a whole different ballgame. Arguments have gone back and forth, but the location of this section doesn't belong in clues, that's for observations made from material left behind by the Beatles, together and solo, not the IAAP bias/point of view. Leaving it there so long was a mistake..
Two different issues here, one was the password protection.. That was due to the pages upon pages of drama that most here didn't wish to be subjected to. That is over, and hopefully won't be back. The move in location was about it not being in the correct place.
Now.. IAAP hasn't made a video in some time, Mike has picked up the slack, but the lack of interest probably has a lot to do with his flagging output, don't you think? And hey, Taf's blog is doing a good job, the latest events should pique any IAAP fan's interest, no?

Law of attraction.. Now I know why I'm here.
Some souls get real serious about stepping outside of the play, becoming monks or meditating on a mountain or in a hut for decades. I have a book that is an interview with an Indian guru who won't even use his voice, answering all questions with a chalkboard.
You may choose that way of life, but you have to experience the play to really move beyond it.

Billy Preston was most likely in the vicinity at the time, probably John is referring to him. Why another Mic? Didn't all the Beatles have enough?

Hi there, nice to have you here, glad you found us. I see from your site that Sir Paul got his hands on your album via Rusty.. Interesting to see how that turns out. Downloaded, listening, enjoying it. Thanks.

Hmm, interesting.. So IAAP is Brazilian? Cássio Delmanto posts his reviews in Portuguese, and the blogger claims IAAP is suggesting they are the same person. Like anything else concerning IAAP, who the hell knows..

canadianpress.google.com/article/ALeqM5g8CCMTV8DjfEEmH-8COdDVCbxiFgQUEBEC — Sir Paul McCartney will sing on the Plains of Abraham on July 20 as part of the celebrations surrounding Quebec City's 400th birthday.
"I am doing a gig, a big gig, in Quebec City on July 20 to help Quebec celebrate their 400th anniversary," the former Beatle said in a videotaped message from London on Monday. "That (400 years) is a long time.
"We're coming to Quebec for the first time. We're going to have a great time and I would love to see you there."
Tickets will be free.
McCartney, who played a recent open-air show in Kyiv, Ukraine, has never appeared in Quebec City.

"I kind of accepted this as a just a bunch of white middle-class people with too much time on their hands having fun on the internet." jguildersleeve Don't you just love the condescension, Mr. Intellectual stomping his feet and snorting at all the uncultured and ignorant plebs who are all just loitering in the back alley with no credentialed voice to offer meaningful opinions. Well, I missed that one, have to confess to just skimming his posts. I suppose you think commenting on the alleged race of the posters here is OK if you assume they are white.. Wrong.

Yeah Great video. Interesting that you got the pacing/camera movement just right, follows the music's tempo in the same manner as the original video.

Again, we went through this four years ago, one by one they gave up and went away.. Much like you they wrote long screeds about how we were deluding ourselves and oh yes my favorite: "It won't hold up in a court of law"
Try to let this sink in as best you can Jguildersleeve:
No one here wants to take this to a court of law!
So stop talking about it.
Anyway, they left us, I'm sure scratching their heads at our "delusions". Most voluntarily, one or two became unbearably obnoxious. (and so were shown the door) I predict you will not get your points across to anyone who is a regular poster here.. But if you wish to tilt at windmills Don, be my guest.
Oh and what you wish regarding the Neil Aspinall thing.. Ain't gonna happen.

The only other thing that we can conclude is that you prefer to live in a world of make believe.
See.. this appears to be an attempt to escalate into this thread into an argument.
What they mean when they say "we've seen this before" is that four years ago we had not just one or two posters writing amusing things like this, but ten or more.. Unlike four years ago, our tolerance level is much lower.. Please bear that in mind.

No, one doesn't sell one's soul just by thinking it, even to the point of saying "gee I'd sell my soul for shiny new Corvette". (doesn't work that way)
I'm stealing from George Carlin a bit here, but I think it means you've sold your soul when: You are in charge of manufacturing a car with an exploding gas tank, and you calculate which would cost more: a recall or keeping it on the road and paying out the lawsuits to the families of dead burn victims. Dig?
What could be causing all these coincidences?
I dunno, maybe there's the possibility you've inherited some ability you aren't capable of understanding or harnessing properly.

Which comic has two Pauls and Mike Nesmith? (all here if you wouldn't mind looking) www.jojoplace.org/Shoebox/MMT_Booklet/big/Obviously Roger doesn't think too highly of Yoko.. Perhaps he has his reasons, who knows. I'll concur with Iameye, a lot to digest, but you may have some "hits" here.

I'm a fan of late of the Market Ticker forum/blog. He ties many things together and covers numerous facets of the economy, but this sums up his opinion of what's to blame for high oil prices: Never mind that OPEC is rather pissed off at the prospect of their dollar holdings being destroyed. If you think $140 oil is about speculators you are wildly mistaken. $140 oil is about the currency used to purchase that oil coming under attack as a direct consequence of the actions and inactions of our government, including Paulson, Bernanke and Congress.market-ticker.denninger.net/archives/504-Mauled-Monday.htmlPlease also note: The price of oil isn't higher, the purchasing power of the dollar is lower, the definition of inflation.
